Easy enough to load. No signage for top loading stations and if you pull into the wrong gate be prepared for typical security guard attitudes. Friendly people once you get to where you are going. No extended parking.

Checked in at midnight before my appt and my load was ready. 11hrs later I try to check out and I'm told they wanted to take stuff off the load. What were they doing all morning??

Second time here, June 2020 Arrived 1355 for our 1500 appointment, picking up full load chilled product. As before, the woman at the guard gate was wonderful. As before we were sent to Row C. But this time we had to wait until 1800 to get our dock assignment. They started loading us at 1950. We were done and out the gate at 2100. Horrible. Seven hours. Shame on them. ######### April 2020 Arrived early 1150 for our 1400 appointment. Woman at the gate was very friendly. We were told to park in Row C (past the second guard shack & over the train tracks), and wait for someone to come tell us a gate. We got a dock at 1215. They started loading us at 1245. We were out the gate at 1305.

Would be a great place to pick up from if they'd let you call to find out if your load is ready, but alas you can't, so you have to constantly be going back and forth to find out if it's ready or not, but at least they've started to let you park here again.

Entrance is off of 9th st not 9th ave. Very long wait time to get unloaded here. They are in no hurry. Guards are nice enough. No bathrooms available. You have to wear a safety vest anytime you get out of your truck. Better than a Wal-Mart but not by much. If you're not doing a drop and hook here be ready to spend a few hours.

Load is always ready. Yard dogs cram trailers tight, so dealing with the landing gear in these loads can be rough. Biggest complaint is they stuff the trailer full, and pay pennies per mile. Welfare juice.

If I never come back here it will be too soon, at the moment as I write this I ve been here 7 hours and they still haven t started to load me. They say there s no over night parking well we will see about that. My hours are gone for the day so I m going nowhere.

Shipping and receiving entrance it s off 9th Street . Get off exit 220 to 64 west follow that to 9th , make a left , 4th traffic lights make a left again . Easy in , easy out . Loading it s always efficient for me .

Supposed to be Preloaded picked up here. End it up have to wait on the line to get back to the dock to get pallets off of the trailer. Seriously? And that much time left of driving.. big mistake to come here with several hrs of driving left.
