Great facility and the 717 beer was delicious. Bartender gave us menus but didn't tell us where to order our food, so we just sat there. Once we got the food is was good, heavy mesquite on the flatbread, but good none the less. Worth going.

Good food, good beer, decent prices, nice big gift shop, huge facility with a lot of seating. Selection of draft beer was a little small for the size and popularity of Troegs. Could of done more with the flight servers rather than large metal bins. It was raining when we were there, but looked like a nice outdoor area with a beer garden.

The management was incredibly rude. We had a reservation for 8, they wouldn't allow us to change seats at our own table, and when the 8th member of our party arrived, they didn't even want to allow him to sit at our table. Then, when confronted with their own ineptitude, they tried to tell us there was a two hour limit anyway, and that we had to leave.

I understand that we all have to make allowances for Covid, but that doesn't excuse rudeness.

Bad business. Even worse management. I will never be back.

A must go if your if Hershey! Great beer, awesome Bavarian style menu, and self-guided tour. Guided tours require advanced reservations, probably a month ahead of time or so. Can't wait to go back!

Went on a cool winter day so no summer crowd was in our way but the restaurant still had a decent crowd. Enjoyed the beer sampler and chill atmosphere. I wasn t expecting much more than food truck fare but I got culinary excellence (ordered duck and a pot pie) and the meal is something I ll take the 1.5hr trip for again. It was a bit pricier than I expected for a brewery but it was worth it (they had cheaper options, too). People brought their kids and babies which created a nice family feel to the place. We did a sled tour of the brewery and they had a gift shop, as well. Overall this was a great (more chill) alternative to its overcrowded neighbor, Hershey Park, and I highly recommend it as a quick day trip to get away from Philly or just to get out of the house.

Its a great place ..... bigggg, caters to young, old and in between. Great food and great beer. I'm a local and stop at least once a week for a beer and a sandwich, or just popcorn. Keep thinking I will see someone from my hometown/s ... Dunmore, Exton, Omaha, Hoffman Estates ....

Great beer, horrible food. Got the grilled cheese and tomato soup, the soup tasted like water. The grilled cheese was burnt to a crisp. Husband ordered braised brisket and the roll was so soggy the sandwich fell apart. Popcorn was also super burnt. Won't be coming back here.

I love coming here any time of the year! The atmosphere is always nice and cozy. I love their scratch series and hope that the raspberry lime tart ale becomes a once a year beer or even a year round beer!

Went out for a drive and ended up in Hershey. I've been a Troegs fan for a while and had the chance to pick up some product when they were in Harrisburg but hadn't had a chance to visit them since they moved to Hershey. Needless to say, i was floored. Their Hershey plant far exceeds my expectations.

I didn't arrive in time to take a guided tour but the "tasting room" was open. I say "tasting room" because it is less a "tasting room then it is a beer hall right in the middle of the brewery (i mean production tanks are right behind the bar). After grabbing a brew from some very helpful and friendly bartenders i took the self guided tour. To be honest it was pretty cool. It takes you into the bowels of the brewery, past the fermenting, clarifying (i think i might have this one wrong), kegging and bottling lines (which was off when i went), quality control, and conditioning room. While small, each section gives you a pretty good view into the production in the area as well as an exhibit on the plexiglass as to what is going on. There is also a sitting area where you can just kick back and watch it all happen as well, with your beer in hand.

Let's get back to the beer hall, i mean tasting room. It's large, very large. Long wood bar, several long tables, a number of small tables, plus seating outside when the weather is good (which it wasn't on this trip, cold). Seems like there is usually about 7 or 8 beers on tap at any time, all in-house products, all their usual brews, plus the produced seasonal, and a small batch scratch. You can get samples for free and pay for pints.

They also serve food. They call it "The Snack Bar" but take any idea of a snack bar out of your mind because it's about to be blown. This is good upscale but reasonable priced bar food. I mean where do you find a snack bar the serves oysters on the half shell, which i ordered. Ordering is easy (they add it to your tab is you have one at the bar). They give you a buzzer to let you know when your meal is ready.

They have a store as well where you can get merch and product, but i didn't have the chance to check it out.

Great location, great beer, great service, only drawback, i wish they were open later.

This is a great place to visit if you have any interest in having good food or good beer. You should take the tasting tour if a slot is available. We reserved our tour spot a few weeks in advance and were lucky to get one of the last tours of the day. Our guide was extremely knowledgeable and let us sample some rare beers that hadn't been available for months. These were the beers that people camp out, and line up early in the morning to buy. The food is excellent too!
You should visit!

Visited Sunday evening. Not crowded like it is in the summertime. Lots of good brews as always. Snack food was great. I highly recommend stopping by. If you find a place to park easily your good to go.

Far better than our already lofty expectations. We came for the beer, but the food and service were astounding, even amid covid restrictions. I'll be recommending a visit to everyone I know. Go here! Seriously!

A great place to visit with family or friends whether you live in the area or are visiting Hershey. Outstanding beer and great food! Love trying "scratch series" beers to see what they are creating. Although crowded and busy for the holidays, once again Troeg's didn't disappoint.

I visited troegs for the first time tonight. It was by far the best brewery/bar/restaurant (though it is neither just a bar or restaurant) experience I have ever had! My boyfriend and I sat at the bar and were greeted by Devin who was super friendly and very knowledgeable about the beer. She poured me a "sour flower" (her own concotion of crimson pistol and raspberry gose) and I absolutely loved it! Later we were helped by Ryan who was also very knowledgeable and helpful in answering my questions about the beers. Overall an amazing experience and such an awesome place! I will be back and bringing my friends!

A note on the snack bar: We shared a chicken sandwich and fries, the pretzel bun was amazing and I loved the thick-cut fries! (It's a brewery, not a gormet restaurant here people, no doubt good food though)

10000/10, Troegs knows what they're doing and if you haven't been there yet it should be your next date-night spot!!!

Troegs has stepped up their game with their brewery. They have it all - atmosphere, options, great food, brewery tours, souvenir shop, and a beautiful outdoor seating area. Would highly recommend.

Great way to spend an afternoon! We started with a cheese plate and a sample of 6 of their beers, then did the guided tour. Ate a late lunch with a few more beers after the tour and then spent way more than we had planned on beer (but definitely won't regret it.) The incredible smell of hops hits you the second you open the doors. The food is top notch (get the pretzel!), the tour was informative, interesting, and fun, and the beer is incredible.

Loved it. Would have given it 5 stars, but the food menu was not the greatest. Some of the stuff, I had no clue what it even was or never ever heard of it and I'm a foodie. They should at least keep a hamburger or chicken sandwich on the menu for those of us who don't want to eat lamb and other odd items. With that said, eat before you go and enjoy the beers. The flight was 3 beers for 6.00 with I feel is a good price. Lots of beers on tap and even more in bottles. They also serve Maine root beer which is awesome. The bartender was very knowledgeable when questions were asked, he was happy to answer. The bar is huge, the tables in tasting room are huge . This is great for when it's busy. They have a huge outside seating area as well, plenty of parking. They have self guided tours as well as a guided tour. The brewery is almost walking distance from Hershey Park. There is also a very cool general store with 20.00 tshirts and beers to buy and take home. Will definitely go back here.

Contact-free curbside was awesome and easy! I was able to order from a great selection of to-go food and recipe kits, plus get a stash of their delicious everyday and special release beers. Paid online then the pickup was so smooth with the employees placing everything in the trunk safely from my drivers seat. Can't wait to do it again.

Beautiful brewery with a great atmosphere for socializing.

Ordered a brisket sandwich. Meat was cut very thick, some of it was overcooked. With brisket that makes it pretty chewy. Some of the meat was done perfectly though and was delicious. Another person in my party had the same sandwich and a piece of his brisket was cooked beyond edible but again the rest of it was fine. It's like they overcooked one and were trying to spread it out to get rid of it. I dunno. The inconsistency within a sandwich was odd to me. Had the rosemary popcorn and it was drowning in butter. You could pour the butter out of the container the popcorn came in. Have had that before and it hasn't been like that in the past. My son had grilled cheese and liked it. My dessert was good. Beers as always were good. Service was good. Putting your name in in advance through the website was helpful and cut down on the wait time in person.

Awesome place! Cool atmosphere, funky food, and great beer. One of my all time favorite brew pubs. Some communal and traditional tables, vegan options, and lots of nontraditional food. Beer flights offered. Brewery tours and gift shop as well.

went here on a saturday night. parking isn't easy but it is organized. no place to sit so you stand around waiting for a spot on a communal table. beer orders are fast but clinical. food is good but again, the system is u put in your order, get a buzzer and then wait for your tray. beers just didn't appeal to me but were fine. overall, just a meh experience as i wished for much more - and was rooting to love it.

It was my first time here & I had to find out for myself that I am expected to get my own food & I know why. The man bun waiters were rarely seen & when they did decide to put the bong down & come around they seemed as if they barely stand to be there. I've seen more lively help at a wake. It really didn't matter since I wasn't too enticed by the pretentious menu. The prices are a bit inflated for such an enigmatic selection, as well. What a let down.

Amazing beer and even better food that you wouldn t expect from a brewery. Definitely one of our favorite places in the surrounding areas and love going here. Great family eating areas indoor and outdoor and food variety from pizzas on the upper floor to dishes like duck on the lower floor.

What a great experience for both the beer and food lover. A great family friendly experience and a great menu. High value, food would have been a good deal at nearly twice the price (but don't do that please). Awesome environment, indoor/outdoor areas, and nice beer garden area. Loved everything about it, highly recommended.

Troegs is such a great brewery. I love how they have their food set up as an order and pick up on your own. The food was great and the grilled cheese was HUGE. During peak hours, parking can be a bit difficult, but it is definitely worth it. We had no issue finding a seat at the bar, and were able to enjoy great beers from one of our favorite breweries!

One of the best breweries I've been to. Great food and love their selection (nugget nectar is a favorite of mine). Wish they'd open up another location down near, oh I dont know... Washington DC :)

Always fantastic! It's a must for anyone local or anyone passing through town. You must stop and try the perpetual fresh (IPA). They have great seasonal brews also. Just stop in and give it a try, you won't be disappointed.

Fantastic beer and always a good selection. The food is good and the atmosphere is even kid friendly. I always find myself stopping in the gift shop on the way out. The major complaints are that it gets crowded and loud in the tasting room. But you are going to always have a lot of people go to a great place. Thats just part of what you must deal with when going to a popular place. The only TRUE complaint i have is the size of the parking lot. 90% of the time i go there I end up driving in circles around the parking lot in a line of cars just waiting for someone to leave and open a spot. But the wait to park is worth the experience of Troegs.

Very good experience. I go there often. Friendly helpful staff, quality of beers excellent. Unusual menu of food items but excellent quality, at least to my taste anyway! A regular stop each month.

Troegs is always an amazing beer experience and has become a tourist destination in the area just like Hershey Park. Parking is a pain, the place is somehow always packed despite being very spacious, but it's just a fun time every time. Food is set up in a cafeteria style where you receive a buzzer and need to pick it up yourself, but it's almost always very tasty. The beer selection is plentiful with many different styles to choose from and you can always opt for a sampler. Great hangout with friends and highly recommended.

Very disappointing experiene tonight. Three of us went for beers and a light supper. The most popular food items were sold out. The rest of the food was really mediocre and thrown on plates. Sticky table and seats.it was busy but no excuse for what we experienced. All employees were very polite.

Great beer and great food. Master of pumpkins is my favorite though only offered in the fall. Food is a little pricy, but some nice cheaper options are available. Fun after work environment, closes earlier than your typical bar.

Great beer. Excellent Food and atmosphere. Menu is gastro pub; much better than your normal bar food. They have a self guided brewery tour, nice gift shop. It was like an oasis after suffering through Hershey Park, which is an awful place. Troegs is worth the stop.

Did a to-go curbside pickup a week or so ago. I've done a few other to-go and curbside pickup orders recently and this was by far the best experiece. Good communication on the websited about what to expect and the parking lot was clearly marked where to go and what to do when I got there. Plus the food was excellent and the beer was obviously amazing too.
