Recently attended an event at Trivera about local SEO and marketing. Presentation was very good, learned a lot about what we can do to enhance our web presence locally, as well as some general marketing tips. Presenters were very professional and knowledgeable..

Terrible experience - prepare to be nickel and dimed for everything that should be included in a hosting contract (Oh! - you want your site to be secured? That's extra. Oh, we need to upgrade our platform...that's extra (T&M). Yeah, we had a hardware failure that affected your site - but it was out of our control, so you don't get a credit, even though your site was offline.) You get the picture. Higher prices and less included services - you do the math! Don't even get me started on sub-standard service from the sales & designers/coding team... but whip quick response from the AR team!

FYI- Check the references below and discount the Owner (Tom) and employee (Jessica) trying to fluff up their own rating. Would you rather have an agency that can stand on it's own merits, or one that has to pad it's reviews to not look bad?

We are always treated as a large client, even though we aren't. I love their insights and how they keep us informed, via seminars, on pragmatic marketing trends.

Trivera takes the frustration and hassle out of updating our website and they are quick and efficient with our marketing campaigns. Even though we are smaller than their typical client their service is still impeccable.
