I definitely got more than what I expected with TBC Chris definitely made it easy for me to sign up. but best of all, back office ladies Melanie and Misty are are truly wonderful people, they stood patient with me and Until I understood all the simple and wonderful features that the portal has. now I'm checking Brokers for credits to see the worthiness To pay, splitting my funds between fuel and at one point in time even building a $mall cushion on the Reserve feature, "Get your invoices in before noon to get paid soon" that's the TBC motto... big shout out to my boys Chris and Miles, yeah definitely got more than what I expected... I ve been working with them for over a year. At first the service wasn t bad, but in the last six months or so my (team) has changed people every time I check my account. I factored an invoice 2 days ago and still have not gotten the money. I also requested money from my cash reserves and they tell me it will be transferred and nothing happens. We call again, and ask why money was not sent?
They have no answer other than, uhhhhh , we don t know . I m sure they are having trouble getting motivated employees like everyone else, but it s getting ridiculous. I can t pay my fuel bill because they won t send me my money. Very unprofessional.

Absolutely horrendous processes to get paid. I spend basically all day just to get them to pay me a load that was billed 50 days ago. Spoke with 6 different people, who did not assist properly, told me that were going to do something and call me back to never called. Very unprofessional and distasteful management. I will request a different payment option from my brokers. Will avoid Triumph at all costs. Wish them the best but need a lot of restructuring and training to do. There is enough red tape on loads to get paid to add even more... ridiculous. Hopefully my payment will process in the next few days as they promised 5 to 7 business days...
