I ve been working with them for over a year. At first the service wasn t bad, but in the last six months or so my (team) has changed people every time I check my account. I factored an invoice 2 days ago and still have not gotten the money. I also requested money from my cash reserves and they tell me it will be transferred and nothing happens. We call again, and ask why money was not sent?
They have no answer other than, uhhhhh , we don t know . I m sure they are having trouble getting motivated employees like everyone else, but it s getting ridiculous. I can t pay my fuel bill because they won t send me my money. Very unprofessional.
