Absolutely horrendous processes to get paid. I spend basically all day just to get them to pay me a load that was billed 50 days ago. Spoke with 6 different people, who did not assist properly, told me that were going to do something and call me back to never called. Very unprofessional and distasteful management. I will request a different payment option from my brokers. Will avoid Triumph at all costs. Wish them the best but need a lot of restructuring and training to do. There is enough red tape on loads to get paid to add even more... ridiculous. Hopefully my payment will process in the next few days as they promised 5 to 7 business days...
