Be careful and pack correctly... extra bubble wrap and card board and foam and more bubble wrap

The level of service is really disappointing. I was not home at the time of the delivery because I was told they will call beforehand which didn t happen, the driver insisted on dropping off the item (queen size headboard) by the gate with security even after explaining to him that I don t have anyone to help carry the headboard up the stairs. He said that I should ask the security guard to help me carry it, really? I found the headboard in the parking lot. What s the point of the delivery fee?

They lost my package, and if I didn't call ..my delivery still would have been pending for a very long time, now I have to wait until they find out where it is..since they claim its out of the warehouse

Worst courier company make fake promises and does something else, people should know how useless this company

Must be one of the worst express companies. Twoce now have failed to deliver on time. Rather choose a smaller company that you can count on.

Terrible service. I spent two days waiting at home because they promised to deliver and then didn't show up, without contacting me. They then agreed to come before 1pm the following day, and didn't arrive until 5pm, when there was no one home. It's been a full week, I've been calling every day, and I still don't have my order.

For unprecedented service and delivery into Africa and of course South Africa use Triton.

Don't send your truck to collect anything from Triton, even with a waybill number. My truck waited from 11h30 at night till lunchtime the next day.

If u have anything for courier weather express,air it's where u can get help with well experience management in cargo handling

Great staff, COVID procedures in place, facilities neat and clean.

The female attendant is just rude I dont know why is she working there with that attitude and she wasn't wearing a mask...do something or I'll report the whole company

Best Service I always get from Lerato and Babu Mthembo always help full with collection in urgent need that I collect myself !!! KEEP IT UP GUYS

Took a while but they assisted me in the end and even phoned to let me know the parcel delivery will be delayed slightly due to traffic. That was good service

Slow service, rude reception. Completely unpleasant and unprofessional. I cannot in all honesty recommend this company as a service provider.

This was the first time I received a delivery from Triton Express...and I am very impressed! If you see the stairs at my apartment, you would cry! These guys were professional, helped carry up my desk(parcel) through corners and a million stairs and they put the parcel exactly where I wanted it and they were kind enough to move the other table I had out of the way. I thanked these guys and with big smiles they left without a tip! Well done on excellent service that you provided; It is not every day that you get service with a smile!
