Terrible service. I spent two days waiting at home...

Terrible service. I spent two days waiting at home because they promised to deliver and then didn't show up, without contacting me. They then agreed to come before 1pm the following day, and didn't arrive until 5pm, when there was no one home. It's been a full week, I've been calling every day, and I still don't have my order.
