I was planning to buy a Vespa from this showroom, after all the reviews I am in the verge of changing my mind. Moreover the response from the sales team is very bad, they had promised to show me a black version of the Vespa and have not even responded till the minute, provided it's been a week. The follow up is bad and their attitude is pathetic, especially the female staff, who actually conveys a body language of owning the place.
During the first visit, one of their staff where smudging her lipstick and applying Kajal, looking at the side view mirror of a Vespa in display. LoL.
Seriously deteriorating the brand and we have to put up with all this because the scooter actually looks nice. It's sad that such unprofessionalism exist even today, in such a competitive world.
