Sergio from Triplemint was the best! He was super responsive to any questions, concerns, and feedback when touring different units. The market right now is really hectic and he helped us find a place and do it in a very manageable manner. It made a big difference that he was able to talk to the agents directly and had a better understanding of the market, it would have been hard to do alone. Thank you to Sergio and Taylere (she assisted us one day too). They not only knew what they were doing and were always well prepared, but fun to talk to as well!
Initial communications went well, but my relative was paired with a realtor who got all of the information and promised to send paperwork so we could move to viewing asap as we only had a few days to make a decision. Never heard from this person again and basically wasted valuable time that could have been spent on another broker. Sigh. While this is on the individual agent, the company should at least have some type of follow up to check in on how things are going and offer help, so this lack of managing the funnel to track for sales even if they don't care about customer service is on them.
I have to say that Jim and Paula have been really great, responsive and professional. They have a team of dedicated people that work very hard and diligently to make the process of buying a home or getting an apartment seamless. You can always call them or email at anytime and they are more than happy to address any of your concerns. Michelle Wu was amazing in helping find a great fit for me in Brooklyn. She always responded to questions and concerns in a timely manner, effectively communicated all details for the property and was expeditious in the application and lease agreement turn around. I had went to 3 or 4 other realtors in the area with absolutely no success before meeting Michelle. She understood my needs and immediately found a great place for me to move in only a few days. Wendy is incredible! First, she completely took the stress out of the whole situation by handling EVERY SINGLE DETAIL. I literally did nothing. She has all the contacts and she also was incredibly professional when other people were incredibly not. Second, her photos and artist eye were amazing. She is the BEST.
