Initial communications went well, but my relative was paired with a realtor who got all of the information and promised to send paperwork so we could move to viewing asap as we only had a few days to make a decision. Never heard from this person again and basically wasted valuable time that could have been spent on another broker. Sigh. While this is on the individual agent, the company should at least have some type of follow up to check in on how things are going and offer help, so this lack of managing the funnel to track for sales even if they don't care about customer service is on them.
