Great management at this place, I used to work there and I would happily go work for them again :-)

I contacted the owner to get a price on lawn services for my elderly mother. He told me to "text the information to him", which I found to be unprofessional. It has now been almost two weeks and no response whatsoever. Good way not to leave a good first impression with a potential customer. I took my business elsewhere.

Extremely unprofessional. Was told to text my information to them which seemed very strange and unprofessional . Took a long time to hear back from them. Eventually sent workers up to do the work which was about an hour of leaf blowing as I was home watching from the inside. The owner then proceeded to try to bill me for three hours worth of work almost $300 for fall leaf removal. I caught him in the lie and told him I was watching the entire time and would not pay that. He agreed not to charge me that obviously knowing he was lying. The owner is a crook I highly suggest you don t do business with these people.

This company really does a pretty good job on the hardscape installation that I requested them to do. They were responsive and finished the job ahead of schedule. Thank you guys!

Recently, we had landscaping done that included two retaining walls and a brick walkway. The landscapers from Triple J are so incredibly talented and did an awesome job. It took a total of three days and the work was detailed and it was neat as a pin. Nice staff. Jeff was very responsive to all my text questions and concerns. Would use them again in a minute. We are so pleased.

Extremely unprofessional. Answers the phone "What?". And then proceeded to berate a potential customer. Will definitely not be doing business with them.

Used this service for a few weeks with promise of paying more for quality. My lawn looked like someone took a buzzer down the middle of it and was uneven and not edged properly. When I questioned them, they were unprofessional, rude and told me my lawn had potholes in it.

Requested a quote using the website and got the first call on a Monday.

They said they could come out to my house to do an estimate on one of the following weekdays and would call the morning of to let me know. Friday came with no call.

So I contacted them, and was told it would now have to be Saturday, again they would call in the morning.

Got no call by 4pm Saturday so I called them again. It would now have to be Sunday.

I'm now writing this on the following Friday and obviously never got a call and they never came out to my house.

Even if they contacted me now after having been blown off for a week straight for dates that they picked I would never trust this company to keep any kind of deadline or schedule. This was simply awful service.

I got some backyard landscaping done and the garage power washed. The landscaping looks beautiful and I have received lots of compliments from every one who sees it. They did a fantastic job on the garage.It looked brand new when they finished.

Unreliable, unprofessional, understaffed and overextended.

Jeff came out on October 3rd and gave me a quote on my landscaping project . We agreed on a price and he left, telling me they'd be out to start within a week. That was the last time I ever saw anybody from Triple J's. Dispite multiple text messages to Jeff (who always told me they'd be out "next week") nobody from Triple J's ever showed up to do any work. Now a solid month later, I just got another reply text saying they were "backed up" and "in this business, it's hard". It's November now. Expecting your customers to wait an extended and unspecified amount of time for you to grace them with your presence is not "business". I guess Triple J's just doesn't need the work....yours or mine.

I am really impressed with this landscaping contractor and with the way the job is done. Everything was even finished ahead of schedule which was a good thing. Fair pricing and great customer service!

We used them for a new paver patio. Turned out great after a rocky start to the project. Great result!!!

Stuck in a pinch after coming home from out of town to snow covered driveway. JJJ was there within hour or so. Did a fabulous job on top of that! Thank your, Jeff!

Jeff has been a friend for years. Unlike most other contractors, Jeff actually shows up to do a job. He had my job finished before expected, he answers the phone when I call, and people have been complimenting the work I had done which says a lot! I will definitely be using Tripple J s for other projects I will be doing in the future! Thanks Jeff!

Honest post: I had googled landscaping companies for what I needed, and I had some that reached out, then never followed up, some that never followed up once. I actually didn't reach out to Triple J's because I read the reviews and didn't want to get screwed over because the ratings were not great. Then I became really impatient, so I saw that Triple J's was doing a job on my street, so I left a message on the hood of the truck. BEST THING I COULD HAVE EVER DONE!!!! Flagged them down, got a quote, they had to wait for another part of my project first to be done before they could start, but Jeff Jarvey, the owner was contacting me weekly to check in to see if they could start. The workers that did my job are the sweetest, most professional, AND they clean up after the job at end of each day!! I couldn't be happier with the turnout than I am. I wait to post reviews to make sure things hold up for quality, so this happened 8 months ago. Jeff came by to check to make sure it was still okay after the first winter I had with it!! I have never had a contractor come and check in after or do a follow up!! Fixed things he didn't like that shifted (no fault of his own). I have SO many compliments, and honestly there is NOT a day that goes by that I don't pull into my driveway and smile with the work he did. I have a beautiful big front porch, walkway and extension to the driveway. All of the companies that were rated with great ratings are the ones that sucked! Triple J's came thru so quickly and perfectly!!! THANK YOU to all their workers!!! You guys truly do amazing work!! I will never hesitate to refer this company EVER!!!

I called Triple J's to add a brick paver side walk onto my existing sidewalk, they came out to quote and told me the they would do the work the way I requested but suggested that I tear out the existing cement sidewalk back to the porch, otherwise the pitch would most likely not be correct and cause issues during rain and winter. I went with their recommendation and I'm very happy that I did. My new sidewalk looks great. Triple J's crew was very professional and prompt. I would definitely recommend them for your any landscaping work.
