Sought me out--then ghosted me.

Sought me out--emailed to my work address!--in a big hurry, great job, can't tell you anything. Asked for my resume, which I didn't have up to date (because I'm not looking!), got it to him EOD next day--and poof. He ghosted me. Unprofessional. Should've believed the reviews and not bothered to reply.

I ve recently been hired by Techhi, and wanted to wait before I judged: so here goes - I enjoyed the interviewing process: From first interview to last they do ask you to be professional, stand on your own two feet, challenge yourself to go a little bit further. Through scenario building to role
playing, they dove right in about the second interview. Everyone got back to me as promised, timelines were kept. I was in and hired in two and a half weeks.

And so far, since I ve been at my desk training as part of a very supportive/ dynamic team. Yes we have used LinkedIn - Recruiter Profile (Amongst other recruiting tools provided by LinkedIn, such as professional training tools, etc,). Not a secret - LinkedIn, dose contain professional settings....Because it s a professional networking tool. ...Amongst other tools normally used during the headhunting / recruiters search. Industry standard by HR professionals and Recruiters alike.

Called me at work, asking me if I was interested in an opportunity at another company. I set up a time to call her to speak about the opportunity. Never heard back. Another person from the company called me to speak about the same opportunity - I spoke with him, and he said he would get back to me and never did. Then yet another person from the company called me, we spoke about the exact same opportunity, he asked me if I was married, if I had kids... etc... very unprofessional. He said he would get back to me, never did. I called to follow up with all three of the contacts I spoke with at this company, and never heard back from anyone. Very weird and unprofessional company, would not recommend.

Called my work phone regarding other opportunities. The first question they asked me was "how much is your current salary". Stay away from this company! They advertise false job opportunities just to get salary and position details from you!

They called my company phone number. Not my company line, but the main phone number of my actual company and then asked for me after saying they were from a recruiting agency. Why anyone would do this is beyond me. I know for a fact I won t be doing any business with these people though

They deserve negative stars.

They deserve negative stars.

One of the most unprofessional unqualified group of scumbags I ve ever dealt with. First red flag, They Contacted me at my current employer leaving 2 messages. I called them back. Spoke with Melanie Busst who seemed nice at first although her inability to talk without stuttering or tripping over her words should have been the second red flag. A few more painful conversations and I was setup with a phone interview with her client. She asked for me to call and let her know how it went which I did. A few more painful calls and I m setup with on site interview. Again I called with my feedback which she asked for. She says great I ll let you know about next steps..,,then silence. Assuming I didn t get the job which was no big deal I asked feedback so I could understand what I should either work on or develop for the future..silence..nice pleasant voicemail left and still silence. They have now created for me a poor impression of the company they were recruiting for. They must be cheap considering the level of intelligence and professionalism. Id sooner recruit through Craigslist.

Called my work phone twice (no idea how they got it). Shared his name, but not where he was calling from. Only said "I have a great process improvement opportunity for you". Sorry, but there is no chance I am calling them back with a message like that. Glad that I googled it, knowing that its a fake way to lure you in and get information. Seriously, how did they get my work number?!?

They reached out directly without any job description and asked to have my resume and phone interview. When I asked for details, they answered I am not a right fit. Not sure exactly what they are doing, but they are not professional and are definitely not recruiter agents.

I can only give this agency a rave review! I was approached for a position, and then taken care of from the get go ! They were very pro-active , and supportive. Coaching me and giving me precious insights on this opportunity. Thanks to them I am now starting a new chapter! Thanks so much TechHi!

Received a call from these people today at my work number. I have no idea how they got this number given that I do not have it posted anywhere. I don't see how this makes sense to call someone at their place of work to try and get them to look at other opportunities. Not a good first impression.

Received a call at my work from them. I work at a secure facility so my first question was "how did you get this number?" They replied that they found my profile on LinkedIn and called my company directly. Very unprofessional. Next they asked if I had time to chat about an opportunity. I said "no". I'm working in an office and obviously don't want to chat with a recruiter with my coworkers around. She asked if she could set up a time to chat. Since I was unsure of the legitimancy of the call, I told her to contact me through my LinkedIn profile first. She said that she prefers to talk over the phone. I said again to contact me through LinkedIn and we can chat. She then said "No I'm no longer interested in talking with you". All I could say way "okay bye". Lol! Note to self, TechHi is a bunch of clowns.

Called my office number. Must have got it through my linkedin profile but I am not sure as I never contacted this company before. Extremely unprofessional way to call or address someone.

If you want to try to recruit based off of a random person you have never talked to, start with an email. Why would you ever call a businesses office number when you're trying to steal someone from a different company. Then to top it off, I told them I'm not interested in leaving my current company and they hit me with a "are you sure, this job opportunity is in Wisconsin" like that matters or will sway me to move away from my area and the area my wife also has a great job in. Then preceded to ask me if I had co-workers who would be interested. I again responded with "No". To finish they then asked me about my friends and family that might be interested. This is not something you keep pestering someone about.

Out of all the recruiters I have ever talked to this is by far the most unprofessional recruiter I ever had contact with. Do not recommend them to anyone.

For some reason a recruiter named Jeremy at this company thought it would be a good idea to call my workplace asking for me and saying that I knew who he is (implying I m looking for a job even though I m not and never heard of this guy).
I ve dealt with probably 20 recruiters in the last year or so, my current job is due to the help of a great recruiter, but I ve never seen one make a judgment call more clueless than this. Especially in a time where it s so easy to reach someone discreetly on LinkedIn??? Would never deal with a company that allows someone this inexperienced to call themselves a director .
