Absolutely the worst property management company I have ever dealt with before in my life. I have been renting all of my life and have never dealt with more incompetent people than Trimark. After moving out I was charged over $350 to replace the refrigerator door. They sent me these photos one of a dent on top of the door when you open it and one right by the corner of the fridge. Every property manager that I have had in the past years looked at these photos in disbelief of the way Trimark was charging myself. Any reasonable property manager would look at these as normal wear and tear and not charge the tenants.
DO NOT LIVE HERE DO NOT GET SCAMMED. RENTERS BE WARE. MANY BETTER OPTIONS IN GAINESVILLE.
My daughter was forced to move into her sorority and had to find someone to take over her lease at Sabal Palms and was still still charged a $250 cancellation fee. It is very inconsiderate during this pandemic to charge these young adults these fees especially, when it was no fault of their own.
Angie from Trimark was super helpful and responsive. Despite being super busy she still took the time to show me all of the available properties they had that met my standards to ensure I found the best fit. She answered my questions quickly in the time prior to our scheduled meeting, and accommodated my requests to show me a unit like the one I was interested in (since the ones I was looking into were occupied) and then took me to see the location of the one I wanted. She never was impatient or unkind, and took her time to ensure I found my new home!
Bri Metzler has been absolutely wonderful! We contacted Trimark Properties last fall to get information about housing at UF and she has continued to stay in touch since then. We are so happy we met her and can't thank her enough for all the help. She has answered so many questions and never hesitated to text or call us back. Thank you!!
We were looking for an apartment for the fall semester in 2021 for our daughter who is a student at the University of Florida. We came across Trimark Properties and started talking to Angie Orfield. What a pleasant surprise it was to find someone who was as professional, courteous and responsive as Angie. She helped us to find an apartment and provided a lot of useful information as well. She has such a positive, can-do attitude about her work, which is rare in today's world. Thank you Angie for all your help.
I highly recommend Angie Orfield at Trimark in Gainesville. The experience with Angie was Excellent! We got through to her early evening on a Sunday, and by 11PM everything was ready for our son and his roommate. Truly pleasant experience with a positive and dedicated professional.
I had the pleasure recently of working with Angie Orfield in the leasing office. It was a tense time as I was seeking a very specific type of "dorm style" housing for my daughter and the desirable properties were filling up by the minute! I was able to secure a room in a fabulous Trimark Property called Stratford Court. I couldn't have done it had Angie not picked up my call each time, or called back within a few minutes. She educated me about the location and details of the room and made an anxious situation less so. I highly recommend working with Angie Orfield!
I literally cannot say enough good things about Angie Orfield! She has been so accommodating helping my family and I find a place that checks all of our boxes for next year. She is one of the friendliest people I've ever met and has been jumping through hoops to make sure both my parents and I are happy with my apartment. Trimark is so lucky to have Angie on their team!
I rented with Trimark Properties for two years and had an excellent experience! They were very easy to communicate with, and everyone I spoke to was consistently friendly and helpful. The specific building I rented in was very well maintained despite being an older property, and the handful of times I did have to put in a maintenance request they responded promptly and walked me through the issue and how it was being resolved. I cannot recommend this management company enough!
