A very employee friendly place to work. I have been associated with Trigent from past 2 years. Starting from the interview day- Specially to mention the Front office admins, The hospitality was amazing(Well it is the same the present day also). Then the interview panel, friendly senior resources and a very responsive HR team.

At work, everyone in the team are committed to the client satisfaction and the support for the team members from the managers is great.

Well this is my unbiased review.
I had very good experience with Trigent for the tenure of 11 months except what happened about my salary in my release month viz. April 2020 due to a dispute between Trigent and Wipro.
I got hired for Wipro and then Wipro deputed me to Sears Holdings India (Trigent >> Wipro >> Sears).

As per Trigent's management my LWD at Wipro is 30th April(irrespective of my LWD in Sears) so as in Trigent too. And i got released on 30th April from Trigent.
Now when it came about my Salary Wipro was not paying my full month salary to Trigent hence the Trigent to me.
Trigent gave me this information after i got released form Trigent i.e after 30th April that they are paying me till 17th April only.
I did so many rounds of phone and email conversations to resolve this issue with them (Trigent and Wipro) but trigent people were always saying that if the client is not paying us full month salary then we have no choice left to do the same.

Finally i gave up after one month and decided to move on.
I really expected and hoped from my previous experience with Trigent that they should have Stood with me.

I have been with Trigent for the past 19+ years. I enjoy working with Trigent for its innovative approach to solving client problems. Trigent gives immense opportunities to eligible people to utilize and grow their skills to develop applications using modern technologies such as Angular, ReactJS, Azure, AWS, BI etc. Trigent has also developed some unique Testing (including automation) and Mobilily practices thus providing cost effective solutions to our customers and helping them to increase their business values . We work with some of the largest names in the business across industries and this gives me added exposure to the challenges that clients face and how technology helps to resolve the same. Overall it has been a very enjoyable experience so far.

Nice place to work.... management and managers are very supportive in all aspects...

As a past employee, I owe my professional foundation to Trigent. If you are considering joining the IT division, consider whether these values matter to you:
A) Each one is asked to focus on exceeding customer expectations.
B) Apart from doing what is asked, can you bring fresh thinking and explore new solutions to delight customers.
C) Do you care for a quality over publicity? Bigger companies give you brand name but with Trigent you can expect a HR team that cares for your growth.
I've enjoyed my decade at Trigent and you will too if these factors matter to you.

I h've been working in Trigent Software - IT Services division for the past 8.5 years. Great place to work when it comes to the culture and environment. The organisation has given me an opportunity to learn many things, both professionally and personally. Work life balance is good.
