Terrible customer service. False promises that it is approved and then they say it was not. Misleading advertising, they say they give you an answer within 24h or 48h and for more than a week I've waited for a satisfactory answer, wasting my time with papers, and then they say that something is always missing to cheat and not approve.
I was charged to receive an international transfer. What I lost in this transfer is more than I earned in interest the whole year. I do not recommend. Study the pricing well before using this bank. As if that weren't enough, they changed the price list to July 2020, (reported in the pdf of one of the statements) and now there is no way to get the money out of the bank without paying ...
