Beautiful And Elegant Hotel. Well maintained. Fantastic ambience.

A great hotel with warm staff. The buffet breakfast is really elaborate and is a fusion of regional and international cuisines. The rooms are real big and good with great ambience and maintenance.

This place is awesome. It is the only 5 star hotel in bhubaneswar.

Well maintained green park, tennis court among some more amazing things apart from usual stuff available at hotels like pool and meeting rooms.
Well decorated interior showcasing heritage and history.

It's a beautiful property by Trident. Spread over a huge parcel of land. Very well planned with a joggers trail within the hotel. The service is top notch and the hospitality will make you feel great. Loved the food here. It's a getaway right in the heart of the city.

It was an awesome experience. The ambience here is so good that it delights your heart. Also the service here is excellent. The staff is extremely polite.

Stayed at the hotel ate breakfast and lunch. Unfortunately considering the international standard rates paid, the visit was not worth it. The staff are inconsistent, though try to show that they care and are polite. There is no follow up. The food is not worth the tarrif.
Buffet was billed but not of quality. Breakfast buffets are usually included in other competetive hotels. The pool is wade pool not a standard pool for swimming.

Extremely cordial staff and wonderful place to stay when in Bhubaneswar

A very clean place with a helpful staff. Trident is one of the good hotels who have trained their staff in being polite and helpful. The housekeeping keeps the premises spic and span and will go out of their way to meet your requirements.
The big let down was the restaurant where the service is exceedingly slow and food way too over spicy. My stomach could not handle it and unfortunately there was the only one.
The other let down is the location of the swimming pool which is right in the center of the property surrounded by rooms. All the rooms overlook the pool and thus the pool has a total lack of privacy. Was extremely uncomfortable with that and did not swim.
Would I visit again? Maybe yes to the stay but would definitely eat across the street. Or maybe another property where the pool is a bit more private.

Extremely disappointed with the way we found ourselves treated. We wanted to use ICICI BANK Emerald voucher for Trident hotels. The hotel called us up in advance to ask for the voucher code to verify. I provided that only to find that the voucher was not acceptable to them. These guys are not sincere in what they are doing.

A peaceful and quiet place I always prefer for my business trips. It s a very old property in the city and the first five star property for bhubaneswar. It has the old world charm and gracefully maintained over years. My last visit which got extended over a week, was made special with the utmost care Deeptika took over breakfast. Thanks to the entire team for a wonderful service. Look forward to be back soon..

Was attending a conference in bhubaneshwar . stayed in trident for a night.its a decent business hotel.the restaurant and bar are quite compact.food was good and so was service. Room was agian not that big with a small bathroom with a bathtub though.Overall decent stay.

This property always lives up to expectations. No hype but class apart from the rest ! Not sure how they do it, but would love to see if they could do something for the general class for food offering at an affordable price, which clearly deters as on date....

This place is beautiful.each view exhibits vast greenery, pathway all through the resort showcases antique pieces.if you are a photography lover, you would love this place even more.flowers the rooms are spacious and luxurious all the necessary amenities are also provide..
