TRIDENT - HILTON Hotels Review

It's the most convenient location if airport is the place of your activity. Staff are pleasant and I like their service. You can depend on them for airport pick up and drop.

Only suited for foreign expacts.. the reception team has good behaviour...rest is based on your attire and skin colour

Good spread in buffet, Kerala style food and a good selection of deserts

Nice place to host a party or function, vallet parking is available .

The buffet is fabulous! Their soups, fried rice, vegetable curries, rasmalai flavoured ice cream are incredible.
The property is well maintained , Mr Jitesh mr Ravi are good.

Stayed in this hotel in December 2020 for a month. Visited again for few days.

Glad that the buffet has opened up. Chef Vijay's dinner buffet on 4th Feb 2021 was wonderful.
Chef vardan's dishes on 5th Feb were excellent too. Fried rice, stir veg, soups - very good. rasmalai ice cream very nice by Yashwarta.

Mr Vijay prepared dinner for us as per our exact demands (we wanted non-cirtic, plain food)- and yet it turned out to be very nice.
Mr Jitesh of room cleaning was very helpful.
The three waiters of the restaurant during dinner are also very good.
The lean tall general manager ( pardon me for forgetting his name) - has always been very polite and respectful. Mr Ravi was also good.

All in all, the considerate , empathetic , polite, helpful nature of the staff alongwith the stomach- friendly light/ healthy food here is the biggest attraction.

The room I stayed at was an interconnected twin room- very convenient for families with a nice garden view.

5-10 minutes from the airport. Their airport transfer facility is very good- SUVs with polite driver like Mr Asif.

Would like more offers/ discounts for frequent guests.

We visited Cinnamon restaurant and food was ok. The home made ice creams was good. Grilled chicken and beef kheema was good. Mutton briyani was neither hot nor tasty. Noodles had raw chilli powder.

Great place to stay. Awesome service. 10 mins from Airport and Olympia Technology Park. Excellent breakfast spread. Staff hospitality was exemplary.

Well located old hotel. Close to airport. Maintained well. Good guarded and swimming pool.

Itchy night :( possibly some sort of bugs. I tried reducing the temperature but it didn't help.
Also very noisy banging from the cleaning service late at night:(

The plastic mixing stick with the coffee cups still had some sticky old coffee on it !!! ( picture )

On the plus side the room lighting was bright for an average hotel room and the AC was good.
Also the gym was very good.

What is taking it down is the weak service standards.

As guest are pan india: update food flavour accordingly.

The hotel is good. People are very courteous. The room also good. But the shower in the bath seems old, bit differently in operating.
Overall it is nice.

Had a very nice stay in trident Chennai. Food was amazing. Stay was comfortable. Staff was very helpful. Everything was just perfect. Full five stars to ambience as well.

There is don't have toilet for drivers, the driver's all urine out side road , very shame of hotel management , i don't think it's 5star hotel

Nice quiet elite hotel which is very close to t airport.

Very nice staff but hotel interiors are pretty old-fashioned. A nice hotel if you want to enjoy Indian hospitality.

An old colonial style hotel with a lovely garden and excellent pool. The food is mediocre and service, though friendly, can be slow at times. The rooms have started to show their age but, overall, the hotel exudes a certain charm which is difficult to explain

Nice place to stay and spend time.. Luckily I happened to visit here for a job fair.. Awesome place and near to the airport. One can have a watch on aeroplane take off very closely.. felt refreshing after saying here
