Old Hotel needing a Renovation. For the same price lots of newer options available

Visited the restaurant only for a family get together Poised atmosphere ,tasty but expensive foods liquor also served at table

Bcoz its good service what u want they will serve u ..and i really enjoy bciz per day 5clothes free for dry ...but coffeee is no LaVaZa so our boss little disturb ....

It's a good hotel very near to airport. Staff is courteous, services are good. Not as good as other Trident properties but still better hotel than many others in Chennai at the same price levels

A Centre to get pampered... a delicacy of Meen pollichathu and chocolate of exclusivity... your photograph is embossed.. all your local icons are presented in an artistic way ...Art of pampering the guest is the Trident way ..unless you encounter you may not understand ...go get pampered...of course you have to pay for it.. are you ready?

Hospitality and service were excellent. All the staffs were extremely cordial and helpful. I cannot but mention the name of Indranil Nag (Chef), Shivam, Rajni, Vinod who were extremely good. Special thanks to Sameer ( Bell Boy) though he is a trainee, he has got excellent sense of humour. He willingly approaches to the guests to be at service. My room number was 258

Due to close proximity to airport and built in era of fewer business travelers, it is only few stories high and almost the size of boutique hotel. Due to fewer rooms the hotel lobby is not crowded. Rooms a bit small and too basic compared to newer Trident hotels. Restaurants also fewer.

Great ambience and spacious rooms. Had a corporate event. Food was not up to the greatness of Trident on that day. Close to Airport.

The hotel is close to Chennai airport. Staff is good. Food is tasty. The only problem is that some rooms doesn't have good view. Hotel has pool, spa and gym. So you can enjoy these facilities as well. Overall experience is good. I would like to visit again if I go to Chennai again.

This is a popular hotel among indians and foreigners, located almost close to Chennai airport. Hotel with multicuisine restaurant ,bar and massage centre with ample car parking area.

The staff was courteous. The rooms were well appointed though slightly small. The buffet and the breakfast in the coffee shop was decent terms of choice and taste.

Went there for lunch buffet. Good selection. Little pricey. Excellent customer service.

3. I am not advise to book this hotel for For vegetarians people. No different varieties available. This is about my own thoughts and my experience

This is the closest hotel to airport. A good property with a style of old South Indian building. In today's style of high rises they have kept a style of homely feeling in their building. Excellent service by staffs. The restaurant is mid size offer a good variety of food. I have been there for 3 days professional event and find the conference room very good but smaller in size ( good for crowd of 20 people ) . The hotel has good decor with old sculpture models. They kept a view of greenery from each room which is a delight .

Being a 5 start speaks itself of its quality of service.
