They asked me to come down for a project. First they said the can sponsor and transfer my visa, then the manager came and he said they cannot. So I said, thank you but no thank you.

Lacey is professional in every way. She is one of the few tech recruiters that makes you feel like it's about you. She takes the time to understand the candidate's needs and desires. I have a lot of experience with recruiters and Lacey is, by far, my favorite.

McKynlee was really interested in what I was doing with my work and my code. She saw a ton of potential in me and that was really inspiring and a great confidence boost. She had my best interest in mind; she told me that a job I was looking at was too low of a bar for me to set and that she could find something better. She went so far as to have me walk her through the code of one of my projects -- a lengthy process that would bore most non-programmers -- but she stayed interested. Jim was very proactive in meeting with us. During our phone and Zoom interviews, Jim showed his interest in my background, experience, and most important my discussion points. Jim followed up with good questions allowing me to further explain my experience.

Brian was very attentive and transparent! What stood out the most is that I could tell Brian WANTS you to succeed! I have enjoyed working for TriCom in a full-time IT position for a little over 1.5 years. Working for TriCom (my 1st professional contracting job) has been a wonderful first experience! The staff has been supportive and welcoming throughout, making me feel valued and connected. They consistently show their appreciation for hard work, and aggressively help with finding positions and negotiating to keep contracts extended. Periodic lunches, meet and greets, and the annual Christmas party are a bonus!

Lacey Cherry is highly motivated with a strong attention to detail and great interpersonal skills. She is very competitive and will fight to get you the best position that is a fit for you at the best salary possible. Having worked with many technical recruiters over the years, Lacey is absolutely top tier and I can't think of anyone better I'd trust facilitating your dream job.
