I have enjoyed working for TriCom in a full-time IT position for a little over 1.5 years. Working for TriCom (my 1st professional contracting job) has been a wonderful first experience! The staff has been supportive and welcoming throughout, making me feel valued and connected. They consistently show their appreciation for hard work, and aggressively help with finding positions and negotiating to keep contracts extended. Periodic lunches, meet and greets, and the annual Christmas party are a bonus!
