McKynlee was really interested in what I was doing with my work and my code. She saw a ton of potential in me and that was really inspiring and a great confidence boost. She had my best interest in mind; she told me that a job I was looking at was too low of a bar for me to set and that she could find something better. She went so far as to have me walk her through the code of one of my projects -- a lengthy process that would bore most non-programmers -- but she stayed interested. I am so glad to have McKynlee on my "team" to help with my career development.
