They have a way of making everyone feel like a VIP. Very professional staff.

Aesthetic was beautiful throughout the entire common areas. Staff was extremely pleasant and helpful with providing suggestions on were to go. Management made accommodations based on our travel schedule

I've always had a pleasant time having meetings at the SoHo Grand Hotel. I'd suggest opting for the cocktails. Never stayed in the hotel proper, though.

Good locality, good hotel. Rooms are a bit small but I guess that goes for all the hotels in New York.

Fun and upscale atmosphere. Rooms are on the definitely on the small side. The lobby is on the 2nd floor up the grand stairs, and is next to the restaurant.

The rooms have a mini bar and fridge with all sorts of interesting and tasty things on display, but they all cost quite a lot. Bed was super comfortable. The noise insulation wasn't great, especially at night, when you can hear what's going on outside the hotel.

Hotel is centrally located near high end shopping. Cool bar scene in the hotel, and short walking distance to restaurants.

Complementary Breakfast options can be improved , good customer service , friendly environment

Lounge was super nice. Living room was very spacious. I loved the color of the time in the bathroom.

I enjoy staying at this hotel. Location is Central to pretty much everything, the amenities are decent and the food is good. It's no nomad or Beekman, and the lower rooms are a bit nasty.

They're always there for you if you want a stylish lounge scene with music and spontaneous dancing in the back "Cub" room. My go-to for holidays when other spots are closed, and definitely when the weather is bad. Best place to party in a blizzard.

Room was nice. Hallways were very dark and poorly lit.

I never actually stayed here- just had drinks in the summer garden. That was nice. Never had a need to stay in a hotel in NYC (as I live here).

The staff was great, the hotel was comfortable and in an ideal location for our stay.

The hotel was in a great location and friendly staff.

Great location for attending a wedding at Tribeca 360, otherwise didn't explore the area much. Parking (valet) was really easy, though pretty expensive. Really easy to get to the hotel driving via the tunnel, and really easy to get back out as well.

Lobby is dark and chic, maybe a little too dark. Okay if you're into the club scene. Rooms are clean and comfortable, a bit small to be called a deluxe.

It was a good hotel clean and nice but the service wasn't what I expected. We order a lot drinks the bar and the restaurant are not open 24 hours like they claim it is. There was no mini bar inside the room unless you request it and no water anywhere. When I went to check out the woman at the front desk had an attitude like she didn't wanted to be there, but that was not my fault.

Great location, friendly staff, got a bed upgrade and prosecco upon arrival. The room is on the smaller side. The bed is super comfy.

I love Soho's Lounge Bar and come often so this review is only for their lounge.
The food here is good; but I mostly come to unwind on weekends.

The Barmen are very generous with their mixes. The ambiance of the lounge is very london, with a few little hideaways for you and your friends to escape the randoms. Music is nicely mixed. Very chill.
The side bar is great in Spring and Summer.

Figured I make this my first review since I've come enough times. To be clear I never stayed here, since I live in NYC. So my review is just for the Lounge Bar.

Very disappointing service, extremely noisy room with no sound proofing

Beautiful Soho charm in a lovely boutique hotel. Rooms are tiny though!

The upstairs hidden lounge is one of the nicest rooms in Soho to meet for a drink. Plush and tranquil with a nice wine selection. Opens at 6. Don't bother with the other bar areas in the hotel.

Best hotel I've stayed at in NY in a long time! Great staff, perfect location, and amazing food at the restaurant. I will definitely stay here again.

The whole area of Soho / Tribeca is cozy.

Great hotel, pet friendly, and easy access to subway lines on east and west sides of Manhattan. Would recommend!
