Really good vegan options & a chill atmosphere. Service is always good -- unpretentious, just good food. Good beer selection, too.

Good place for personal pies and sandwiches. They usually have a good selection of drafts. Atmosphere is mostly hipster and 80s punk crowd mixed with locals. It it just nice enough to not feel grungy like sardine bar. Enjoy!

I can say this place does it for me. Nothing but pleasant experiences here. Prices are decent for the quality.

The menu is mostly vegetarian or vegan which sucks cuz im neither. I ordered the sweet potatoe fries with the grilled shrimp and that was pretty good but im just mad thats the only thing I could order. If you are vegan this is the place to be

There were 4 of us and we all ordered different things to share. I did not want to end up sharing my pepperoni white pizza but sacrifices had to be made! ;)

The service was terrific and our waitress was very attentive. The food was high quality and the frozen adult slushy was a little too good. At the end of the meal I was surprised with how much everything added up; the bill was almost $200 because we were enjoying ourselves a little too much.

Salty calamari, a too loud, but the beer was cold.

The veggie options are wonderful as well as the calamari, arancini, and polenta fries.

The mozzarella sticks were yummy and I m guessing they use violife cheese? Seemed like it! A little more breading would have been good because the breading was a little uneven. But they were yummy and the spices in the breading were good!

Pizza was good too! I got it with vegan meatball on it, would do that again! But, ask for extra sauce since it was a little dry.

The eggplant sandwich (to right of pizza) was probably the biggest disappontment of the bunch, wouldn t get it again. Not saucey enough for me! And not much eggplant; more bread.

Wings were very good!! I m sensitive to spice, super sensitive. But these were great! (Got buffalo..)

I would say it was worth the out of the way stop on our way home! Yum.

Amazing food, and tons of great vegan options!! And they cost the same as the meat options plus it doesn't look like a stereotypical vegan place, but a legit restaurant. Service was super friendly and helpful. We went in as a large group of 15 and they accommodated us all at an ungodly hour of the night.

It was my first time there since I was a little kid, and really the first for the other 3 in our party. It was starting to rain and the gentlemen working were very accommodating in getting us an umbrella. The food was on point, as well. But as good as my roast pork was, the friendliness and quality of service stuck out more. I look forward to going back

Great old school place has been around for ages and feels old fashioned at first glance. And the menu is pretty standard, with spaghetti, meatballs and the like. But they have a fantastic selection of *vegan dishes* including vegan cheese steak!! And it's yummy.

The best vegan options.... Try the vegan roast beef!!!

Love this place. Low key, easy to sit down and get a quick drink or a whole dinner. I went there Friday night and had a beer and snack of their white garlicky mussels. These are loaded with fresh garlic and tons of mussels that me and my boyfriend could split and be satisfied by.

Long-time neighborhood bar that's been updated to a more modern look and menu. Family friendly with vegetarian options.

The vegan cheese steak was excellent! The drinks from the bar were great too. It was busy but we didn't wait long to be seated.

We enjoyed Brunch. Chosen for its vegan selections as well as their standard American eats. My man enjoyed eggs over, link sausage and multi grain toast. My niece had the breakfast burrito with vegan sausage and I had scrambled eggs, black beans and their mushroom scrapple. All delicious. No crowed this Sunday morning, so quiet atmosphere for us. Hope folks change that and show up to this seemingly unusual spot for Sunday morning brunch! Cheers!

Came for lunch with my coworker. She suggested it because she s been here before. Order the chicken pram sandwich and it was good the only thing is it could of been a little more flavorful. Something was missing. But the bread is delicious. Giving a 4 because the fries was good i added Parmesan cheese to add extra flavor and it was great.
But if you guys Season the chicken a little more the next go round will be 5 stars

Ok so let me start to talk about the food of this place, tasty, delicious and the portions are worth the price! Very good craft beer and good wine selection. A very interesting variety of drinks. And very friendly staff. I am definitely impressed by the food and they also have vegan and vegetarian options.
I came here to watch a soccer game and the bartender kindly offered to find the game in the TV.
This place is a hiden gem in South Philly and I highly recommend it.

I will start talking about the food in this place, delicious and tasty and the portions are very large that make it worth the price of them. Good beer and a variety of wines and drinks very interesting. The staff that works here is very helpful, I came here to watch a football game and the bartender very kindly offered to look for the game on tv.

I was hearing a lot of good things about this place and finally decided to give it a try and was sadly disappointed. All of my food came cold and two items I hadn t even ordered that they insisted I did. Rude costumer service told me they didn t know what I wanted them to do about it I will not be back. I m sure they have good food on good nights but for me. They can kick rocks

Water delivered with dirty ice. Plates unclean, both replaced quickly but it set a bad tone. Our meal was 3 stars but dessert was 1 star. Our server was A+, drinks were A+ including the "adult water ice". I'd return again to see if they improved.

Had a pretty good time here during the second half of the Eagles opener. The place was pretty packed but there's a good amount of seating and the TVs are placed intelligently around the room so you can see what's happening from any part of the bar. Ordered a couple Yeunglings and some shots of Jameson when the Eagles scored. Very nice bartender and manager. Even gave us from free gear when we left. Wouldn't mind coming back at all.

Neat South Philly bar and restaurant with good drinks at a cheap price along with classic 'red sauce' Italian food. Would definitely return though service in the dining room was a bit disjointed.

Both the bar and the dining room in this re-done neighborhood tavern are extremely cozy. And the updated menu has plenty of good eats. This is a worthy stop if you're in the neighborhood and looking for some food and drink.

I wish Triangle Tavern was closer to me but when I m in Philly it s a must visit! We recently returned after covid restrictions and it was still as amazing as I remembered. I love the Vegan Philly Cheesesteaks, vegan mozzarella sticks and vegan wings taste so real! The Polenta fries were ok... :)

I can t wait to come back in two weeks and try the vegan roast beef sandwich!

Who doesn't like eating delicious spaghetti and meatballs while listening to two different things on the TV at once? The Disco ball light pulls it all together.

Solid food that doesn't quite live up to the hype. You'll enjoy Triangle, but I expected more from the kitchen. The Sunday Gravy is great to share, if you are hungry, or looking to share. It won't blow you away but it won't crash and burn either. Dessert seemed to be a complete miss.

This place has it all - great divey atmosphere, friendly and capable staff, and great food with something for everyone. Always try the specials, they are always good!

Visiting from Washington DC and looking for a Philly cheesesteak to my surprise by chance and fate I end up finding this awesome place. I called in to see if they had Philly cheesesteaks to my surprise I was told there was only vegan Philly cheesesteaks which I never had tried before as I have been really trying hard to keep a vegan diet lately this was amazing. The gentleman on the phone was very helpful kind and courteous and placing my order. As soon as I walked up and came in my order was ready and it's like he recognized me and knew me by first name when I had never been there before just buy phone placing this order. I took the Philly cheesesteak the vegan Philly cheesesteak to go and enjoyed every last bit of it I would actually come all the way back to Pennsylvania here just for this food to try the rest of their menu. This place looks so cool I am praying that this pandemic will be resolved soon and I can come in and enjoy myself on another trip hopefully in the near future. Thank you so much for being so kind and hospitable and providing me with such great quality service.

Final night of vegan week ended with the best sandwich of them all. Thank you, Natalie, for the amazing The Fat Giuseppe and awesome service! It was a great week of eating, but the finale was perfect. Keep up the great work Triangle Tavern.

Bar food with a twist! About 1/3 of the menu is vegan, and they always have a vegan special on rotation too. They won the 2019 "Best Vegan Philly Cheesesteak" award, and are ~2 blocks from Pat's and Gino's, so it's a great option if you want a vegan version but are with other people who don't. Also, their vegan mozzarella sticks are the best mozzarella sticks I've ever had, even compared to non-vegan ones!

Yummy vegan food! I tried the vegan white pizza with mushrooms and it was delicious! Natural mushrooms with garlic, yummy! It exceeded my expectations! My friend tried the vegan white pizza w/ roasted red peppers but the peppers where the typical canned ones. It wasn't as good as mine. We also ordered the vegan philly cheesesteak and we loved it!
