All good experiences thus far with my recruiter (Bill Halloran). He has been very flexible in finding new places that fit my needs/wants and is available when I have questions-even when he isn't working. Other staff that I have worked with are all very quick with their responses via email and are sure that you are organized and have everything that you need in order to travel to your upcoming affiliation.
In comparison to other staffing companies-Triage is not over bearing and/or overwhelming. They are not consistently calling you twice a week or trying to get you to commit. They are all very personable and pleasant to work with.

I have worked with Erica Daniel of Triage Staffing. She is a wonderful person besides being a knowledgeable and proficient recruiter. She knows the hospitals and their locations and provides accurate information to clients (RNs) to make informed decisions. I would recommend her to traveling RNs due to her genuine interest in helping RNs to get lucrative assignments without any hassle.

This is my first travel assignment. I retired 01/2018 and 02/2019 decided to go back to work. After much research I contacted Triage and Angie got back with me immediately. Since then it has been a wonderful experience. There have been a few glitches but Angie's knowledge and great assistance have made it a beautiful experience so far. Plan on staying with Triage as long as things continue to work this smoothly.

Todd is easy to get ahold of by text, phone, or email, which is helpful when in a new state thousands of miles away from home. I have had a wonderful experience working as a travel PT with Triage. My recruiter, Carla Vigness, has done a great job since I met her when I was still in school. She made the transition from student to employee very easy. She was very quick to supply me with job opportunities once the time came to start applying and made sure to take my setting and location preferences into consideration. I spoke with several companies for a year, before I was referred to Triage Staff. I had never heard of them before, but my first interaction Jeff, the recruiter, was refreshing. He was able to put me at ease and be straight forward with me about where the assignments are. Then he put me in contact with my account manager Carla Vigness. What a match made in heaven!! I have heard horror stories of how recruiters have left the travelers stranded. I never had the problem, Carla always made sure to check on me, make sure I was safe and had what I needed, even when I was in locations with no cell service. I never have to worry about being fed incorrect information just to get me on the books, she has always been straight forward with me letting me know where the jobs are. I am on break from traveling now, but even while taking a very long break, we have maintained communication. I have heard that it is best to have at least 2 companies that you work with for travel jobs, but over the 2.5yrs that I traveled with Triage, I never had to work with another company. And I don't foresee working with another company as long as Carla is who I work with.
I love this company. My recruiter Robyn is absolutely amazing. She is always available when I need something. Her positive personality works perfectly with my type A anxiety. Lol. I have been traveling for 1 year without any issues. Great experience with Triage.
-I will start this review with the fact that I am a cath lab RN and I am picky, very attentive to details, and have high expectations. I have yet to find a "perfect recruiter" or "perfect company" : top pay with 100% satisfaction of answering my questions, onboarding, compliance, accuracy of paychecks, how much they market me, availability of jobs, etc... With that being said, Jason Sagehorn at Triage has done a good job. I would give him an A-, I would give Triage as a company, a B. -Jason is very responsive. He almost always immediately replies to my emails. I currently cannot think of a time when he did not reply immediately. -The paychecks are almost always accurate. -Their timecards are simple (not complicated like other companies who use online submission forms). -Depending on the assignment, they are relatively top paying. If they were consistently the highest paying company for contracts, I think this would be my #1 agency (b/c of Jason's responsiveness), but sometimes they are several hundred less per week than other companies. -They have a wide variety of jobs.
-Negatives with examples: -Received paperwork (email subject: "Personal Invitation to Triage, LLC") that needed to be completed with less than 7 days prior to start of my assignment. That is annoying and not necessary. I received the paperwork on :Tue, Jul 16, 2019 I signed my contract on: 5/31/19 My assignment started on: 7/22/19. No reason not to send that earlier so there is less last minute stuff to do. As anyone who works in this industry knows, there is a lot to do for an assignment and sometimes you physically cannot do things the week before because you are driving across the country or packing up an apartment, etc...
-Annoying how many times I had to request a radiation dosimeter. Again, I signed my contract 5/31 and didn't get my dosimeter until the week of 7/29/19, so after my contract started. Once the dosimeter arrived I called the dosimeter company as it doesn't state where to wear the dosimeter on my body, which they usually do say, inside or outside of the lead, and asked when the request was placed for the dosimeter and they said 7/18. The minute I signed my contract I provided my address for where to ship my dosimeter.
-I have done 2 contracts with Triage, but stay in touch when hunting for assignments as I generally take the assignment w/ the company who is paying the most. So, I already had a contract on file with Triage and told them I wanted the same clauses removed/added for my next contract with them. My recruiter was on vacation so I was dealing with someone else and unfortunately, they did not have my contract how I wanted it, so there was a lot of back and forth, when it should have been relatively easy since they had one on file for me already.
-Triage sent out a "how are we doing" broad generic email from the CEO that I replied to and I said some of the things I had mentioned above and no one reached out to me (11 days later) to get more info or say "we will work on all of this...we heard you," so that was disappointing.
-Onboarding: after I signed my most recent contract (5/31), I emailed the woman I had worked w/ previously for compliance to see what I needed to do. On 6/4 she had not been notified that I had a new contract coming up.... I understand this is only 2 business days later, but who knows how long I would have waited if I had not reached out to her directly (ie. 1st negative example above).
-Please note, I do NOT take their benefits, so I cannot comment on that. Nor do I use their housing.
Transparent, friendly and responsive. Triage is straight forward with pay and how your contract is set up and their pay is competitive. I highly recommend trying them out. Coming from someone who has worked with other travel companies, this is the best one yet.

love triage, Brook Dutton was great on finding me my first assignment. she made sure that everything was set for me, and also I think me and her went through like 10 different labs and location till I found the one I was happy with. she will contact me everyday on the places that she have and where they are, the hours they have and she will make the calls to the lab and find out everything I need to know about it. she is great person.
Worked three contracts at two facilities with no problems. Very easy hire process. Not as easy to get placed as I d hoped, but I ve enjoyed the short time I ve been with triage.

Hi my name kevin and I have been a traveling lab tech for almost twenty years and I have worked with Triage staffing for most of that time and my recruiter jay johnson has done a very good job at finding travel assignments. I have worked with other travel agencies but I end up back at Triage I my opinion they are one of the better agencies to work for. If you are looking to do a travel assignment you should give Triage a call.
I have had the best experience using Triage for travel nursing. Marcus Ethen has been an amazing recruiter. He is always professional, attentive to my wants and needs for each assignment, always finds me an assignment in a timely manner, and answers all my questions as honestly as he can. I have encountered other travel nurses who have anything but positive things to say about their travel company and I always give them my recruiters name. Triage has really good benefits and everyone is very attentive to what each traveler needs. Rose King is also very good at returning your emails regarding payroll and benefits. Triage takes all the hassle out of finding an assignment and getting paid. I would definitely recommend this travel company for any profession, not just nursing. I have never used any other company but I have no reason to find another travel company. I plan to be with Triage for many many more assignments.
I've been with Triage Staffing for just over 2 months and I am pleased to say that my experience has been ideal. I Love working with Abby at triage. She takes the time to get to know you and your likes/dislikes so she can match you to a assignment that will be a great fit for you. She is extremely supportive and understanding, and really goes to bat for you and acts in your best interest. She is extremely responsive and I can always count on her to be there when I have a question, even if Ive asked it for the 10th time. Cant imagine working with another company besides triage.
Looking for work in my area for a month. An email for up coming postions in my area was posted, but I was redirected to the person that didn't make things happen for me. Now I still need a job and she wants to send me a great distance from my home. Why?
One could not ask for a better set of recruiters than Dave Jackson and Mike Tinker or a better staffing agency than Triage. It feels like they are really in my corner to get me the best possible position. They bend over backwards to make sure that everything goes smoothly. For instance, I was away from home and didn t have access to a computer, only my smartphone They were willing to take the time to enter in all my credentials by hand so that I could easily apply to my next assignment. Where other agencies found a few possibilities here and there, Triage found dozens. High recommendations!

I've worked with Triage before. I've never felt more at ease traveling than with this company. I've worked with Brad and John back in 2005-2007. They were always there looking out for me. I've been working with Scott now, and it is the same care and treatment that I've felt comfortable with receiving. I hope not to have to switch companies for the duration of the time I travel. I wish I could give more stars to this company.

I've been working for Triage for almost a year and half now. My usual recruiter is Derek DeRoin and he is wonderful to work with. He always finds me my next assignment and keeps a great line of communication open and keeps up on me and how things are going on my assignment. He makes sure that I'm happy with my assignment, housing, and everything in between. Truthfully, I'm so happy that I decided to give up a full time permanent position at a hospital in Virginia and become a traveler.
