I have worked with other big staffing agencies too, but so far Triage is really the best in terms of providing you on what you need and what you want. You can never go wrong with this agency.

I m about to start my 4th travel assignment with Triage since I graduated in 2018. Since starting (and even before passing my boards), I ve only had one contact, and she is the reason I chose Triage. Carla is THE BEST! She has gotten me a job in any state and is already ready for anything. I don t think I would love travel PT as much without Carla and Triage.
I wish I could separate the review of my recruited Walt Green - who would easily get a high 5 star review from the company. First Walter kept in touch with me for several years (during which time I was working elsewhere) and when I was free he found me an assignment in the perfect location. He was great to work with and the on-boarding was the easiest I have ever experienced. When there was a problem at the assignment he worked through it with me. I highly recommend Walter as a recruiter who will pay attention to your individual needs. He even offered to help work something out if Triage's Medical Insurance practices cost me excess $$.
That was my only issue with Triage was the wait until Medical Insurance became effective. It could be 2 months! that you have to pay very expensive Cobra, or go without insurance- risking your life, your life savings and your families financial future. Triage would be practically perfect to work for if not for that flaw. The loss of a star is Triage, not Walter.
My wife Chris is a Clinical Lab Scientist and I am a retired School Teacher. About 8 years ago, my wife and I were both out of work for over a month and our savings were dwindling fast. At that time, our son Matt was total bed care 24/7 so one of us had to be home to take care of him, so I stopped teaching. We were at our wit's end when I decided to put Chris's resume online. As soon as I clicked the submit button, the phone rang. It was absolutely remarkable. It was an agent from TriAge Staffing calling for Christine Burden. It was remarkable. Our seeming hopeless situation was now filled with hope. I had no idea how providential TriAge would be in changing and shaping our lives in the years to come.
Chris was hired immediately and she found that TriAge was offering the top pay for her industry. Her job was to fill in for other Clinical Lab Scientists sometimes for vacation, other times for short term illness, or other times when a CLS retired or was let go and someone was needed to fill in until a permanent CLS could be found. That was the situation she found herself in at the Howard Memorial Hospital in Ukiah. She was there for about 7 months while I stayed in Fresno as a Care-giver for our son.
For seven months, Chris worked 10 days on and had 4 days off every 2 weeks. Without fail, she came back to Fresno for her 4 days off every 2 weeks. It was a 5 to 6 hour trip one way. As soon as her shift ended on her 10th day, she was on the road to Fresno. At that time I was between a rock and a hard place. I couldn't get a doctor to come to the house to see our son, nor could I get him to a doctor. Finally Dr. Fox, a Psychiatrist, agreed to come out to the house and our son began to get better over time.
After seven months, the Lab Manager at the Ukiah Hospital was being transferred to the Hospital in the semi rural town of Willits about 22 miles North on 101 and he asked my wife to go with him as a permanent employee of the hospital. At that point, our son was well enough to make the move, so we decided to go for it. The trees and landscape around Willis are beautiful. We've been here for about 7 years now. When my wife retires, we want to move to Crescent City to have a manufactured house built for Matt with a little mother in law unit in the back yard. I thank the Almighty Creator for providing TriAge Staffing just in time to make a difference in our lives!
My recruiter is Brooke and she is the best! When I need her she doesn t hesitate to get back to me. She s always willing to answer my questions any time of the day or night! This is my first travel experience and I m glad I got to start with Brooke and Triage! Although maybe a little closer to home next time Brooke!! :-)

Worst traveling medical company ever as a seasoned medical traveler this company is the worst I would give -5 stars if it was possible. Don't expect any human compassion from a company that hires people to exhibit this in your work as a healthcare provider. If you are dead and dying they will shove you out the door faster than you can blink and DO NOT care how when or if you make it home in a box or alive. As I was told by the staff it's all about the business nothing personal. Well that says it all no matter how hard you work for them. I am sure if they were put in a moment of having an emergency surgery housing taken out from under them and driving 2000 miles back to their homes they would think twice about who they were working for themselves. But the people sitting in the office in the town they work in don't get thrown into this position only the people out actually bringing in the money are treated this way. So my advice is to really think twice about this company and find one that values you as a worker.

Triage has done nothing but pump out contract after contract without me ever missing a day. Triage helped me branch out of my permanent position into the world of traveling unknown, comfortably and like it was natural. I e had calls from dozens (or more) other companies, but nobody seems to offer the personal attention that Triage does. Oh, at first they're all about it, but once they have you, contact is few and far between. Triage takes a personal and vested interest in finding me the jobs that I want, when I want, where I want. In short, they take care of me like nobody else. I don't see me every going with any other company.

David Proffitt landed me a contract with my favorite assignment and offered the best pay package of any agency contracted there. I was injured on the job and David guided me through the process of filing a worker's comp claim. His communication with the hospital was excellent, they waited 5 weeks for my return until we eventually had to mutually terminate the contract. I highly recommend Triage, if I ever get back on my feet I will absolutely use David again for my future travels.
I've been traveling for over 10 years and have worked exclusively with Triage Staffing, Inc. except for one contract. That one contract did not work out very well as I had poor support and arrived at a facility that was significantly different from what I interviewed for. I stick with Triage Staffing because they are honest with me and keep me in their best interest. I even stopped traveling for a few years and when I came back to travel work, Triage was the first call I made, and I have been with them for four more years now.
