We had my son's 10th birthday at TriValley Ice. The boys had a blast and kept them happy and entertained for 2 hours. I loved that they allowed my to bring in a fruit/veggie platter. The only thing I was required to use for the party was their pizza (pizza guys-delivered) and drinks. The facility is all open, warehouse style, so there was no "party room". However, the place was under construction and looked like they were upgrading to include party rooms. Our "host" was helpful, but she did not serve food or write down gifts like other party places do (not a huge deal to me that she was hands off). It was very cold inside, so bring warm clothes. Overall, we really enjoyed ourselves and definitely would recommend TriValley Ice for a party. We will be repeat customers!

We ve been coming to Tri-Valley Ice since they first opened and love what they have to offer. Started off just taking advantage of their open ice times. My daughter took their ice skating classes for a few years and my sons been involved with their hockey program for five years now.

The rinks here are a bit on the smaller side but it s cool that they have two which allows for way more activities than what Dublin Iceland offers.

Seating to watch games/practice is probably their biggest downfall here. But on the flip side they have ample locker rooms, a pro shop (that also sharpens and molds skates), and a snack bar which also serves alcohol for those really long days at the rink.

Great price, you can skate as long as you want. If you aren't skating and want to watch, bring warm clothes, it's freezing inside. I would give 5 stars except they overhype their snack bar. It's basically vending machine fare.

This is a fun, relatively affordable place to pick up ice skating and/or learn how to play hockey. There are lots of public skating times, hockey classes, and drop in sessions called "pucks on the pond". In these sessions you can get into full pads and take shots/do hockey drills by yourself or with friends that you meet on the ice. Occasionally there will be someone taking up half the ice with a trainer, sometimes it gets a little crowded, but for the most part there is plenty of room to practice. Often, these sessions will turn into informal scrimmages, which is a great way to get the taste of being in a game, if you are a beginner.

I signed up for a beginner team at the beginning of the year and have been coming here for our team's weekly games since. The rinks are smaller and in the summer it gets a little hot, but hey.... Livermore. There is a great group of people that come to play and there is a lot of encouragement for people to do well.

If you are around the area and have ever wanted to play hockey, I would recommend stopping by. You can even come by Sunday - Thursday evenings to grab a beer and watch the teams compete if you just want to check it out.

They also have a solid pro shop with staff that will answer questions and sharpen skates.

This place demonstrates that Hockey people are generally good people. My family comes here where our son plays. The other parents, the staff, and the players are all very kind and welcoming. The sheets of ice are not full size but the atmosphere is excellent. They have open skating with rental skates available and ice hockey for all ages.

Double rinks separate hockey and lessons from general skate. Snack bar includes hot sandwiches, soda, beer, wine at reasonable prices. Pro shop mostly for hockey but has shared basics such as blade covers

Good ice. Good for small hockey groups. But not good for figure skaters, rinks are too small. It's good if you want to focus on Jumps and Spins only but if you want to practice the program, there is not enough space.
This facility is also very cold.
