This is a very caring office and i feel privileged to be a part of it. Dr. Van Rensburg never makes me feel rushed and always seems to really care. Having seen the other drs as well and always have same experience. Very lucky to be a patient here. From the moment you register all staff only show their most positive sides. Thank you

Dy Lynett is great. Always have a good experience at the clinic. Wait times are around 30 minutes to 45 minutes even after the appointment which can be less, however, usually you are done with in an hour.

Went to clinic few weeks ago was 5min. Late and turned away. I live 40min.away. been going to dr. there for 10 years. Today they wanted $40 from me cause my health card was expired by 1 month.

Being new to the area, I called to inquire if this office was taking on any new patients. The first time I called the receptionist asked "Can you hold please?" and without allowing me to answer I was placed on hold...fine, but after 7 minutes on hold I finally hung up and called back...only with the exact same thing to happen all over again. I hung up after 10 minutes on hold this time. I've worked as a receptionist before and that wait time is RIDICULOUS and very unprofessional!!! Hire more staff if you're that busy.

Doctor child is the best! Detail oriented and always follows up! My health is always his top priority!

Have had good experiences with all the doctors at Tremont over the years. Dr. Child has been my doctor since he started at a clinic over 20 years ago. Can't think of going anywhere else. Waiting can be long at times, but that is everywhere now.

Dr VanRensburg has always been very patient and caring with me especially when I have so many medical issues. He and the staff try to get me in the room has quickly has possible and he see to my issues has fast has possible. And I have seen the other Drs. In the walk in clinic and they are the same way .It is the best clinic ,with best staff I could ask for Thank you all.

The automated system wont tell you walk-in hours, or who the docotor is that is in, unless the clincs open. This is the stupidest thing ive ever seen. How do you expect people to use the walk-in when it only last an hour a day? Id make my way there but i dont know the hours.

Love my doctor, and have recieved great care from the other doctors in the office.

I have nothing but good things to say about this clinic! I've been seeing Dr Child for about 18 years and he has been a good doctor me me and now my husband too. The staff have always been polite and efficient. I also like that they have walk-in clinic hours.

I have been a patent of Dr Child for over 20 years I have been blessed to have him as my health care provider he is kind professional and proactive in his care for you can not imagine any one else managing my health care

Great service. New walk-in clinic hours. Keep in mind that you have to be their patient to use the clinic.

Lynette - A doctor that seems to be very prejudice against certain patients family members without meeting them.
Has taken multiple family members but has denied me and my children care without reason, but has taken extended family and other children. "Not taking new clients" yet actions are speaking differently .
Wouldn't recommend.

I ve always found everyone very helpful and receptive , good advice and follow up .
