Great Equipment, Great Customer Service,knowledgeable employees and competitive low prices

Outstanding bike, the Rail 7. It has brought me back into riding in an incredibly enjoyable way. The Rail 7 has high-quality components, is functionally fantastic and Trek Ventura backs everything up with enthusiasm. The folks at Trek Ventura made my purchase easy as they were clearly informed on the product. I did my homework and was pleasantly surprised when William affirmed my research. After-sale support is outstanding. In particular, Luis is professional, courteous and supportive. Great store selling great bikes.

I purchased my Project One Fuel Ex couple of months ago from the Trek store in Venture. I have purchased several bikes before elsewhere, but by far had the best customer service experience here at Ventura Trek store. My sales person, William, went out of his way to customize my Project One bike and ensure timely delivery time. I even brought my Yeti bike for service and the service department did an excellent job, making the bike ride like new again. On top of the great service, their convenience of delivering my bikes to my work made the experience that much better. Overall I like to thank William at sales, Josh the service manage and Joe in the service department for operating an excellent customer oriented bike shop. Kudos to you all.

Best customer service I have received from a bike shop. I purchased a new bike and the service and friendliness I received was top notch. I was never a Trek person before, but I might be making the switch.

Also one thing that makes this bike shop stand out above the rest: the mechanics actually ride your bike! They will tune your bike, then ride it to make sure it's perfect, and if it's not they will tune it more and ride it again. The mechanics here are constantly riding bikes, which is such a good sign you are getting your money's worth.

Well designed bike. Very stylish. And the store had everything I needed to outfit my new bike. I cannot say enough about the service I received from the team. They were very friendly, professional, fun and patient. They assembled everything on my bike and helped me load it into my car. Every retail store should be this good!!!

Great service on my 31 year old bike. I had great help from a man who has been there only 1 month. He gave me good info about up dating my 31 y/0 bike. Took his time and answered all my questions. Love that type of service. Trek makes great bikes and parts and service on bikes

I had a great experience at Trek Bicycle Ventura. I was very pleased with the fantastic customer service from the employees. The employees were able to find me exactly what I was looking for. I was helped by an employee named William, who did an excellent job with my Trek bike purchase. Overall I had a great experience and will be recommending Trek Bicycle to any friends or family looking for a bike in the future.

Everyone was very helpful. We were looking for a bike rack for the back of our truck and Tomas and his supervisor took the time to explain the different ones and show us how they operate. When we bought the rack we wanted, they put it together and mounted it on our truck so we could see how it is done. We re very pleased with the product and service.

Trek Ventura has wonderful customer service! I called to see if they had the electric bike I wanted and when they didn t William searched for a location throughout the US that did! Such a kind person that went way above and beyond to help me (it took about 20 min). I m looking forward to having Trek Ventura service my new bike when I get it from the location they found for me!
