I had a great experience at Trek Bicycle Ventura. I was very pleased with the fantastic customer service from the employees. The employees were able to find me exactly what I was looking for. I was helped by an employee named William, who did an excellent job with my Trek bike purchase. Overall I had a great experience and will be recommending Trek Bicycle to any friends or family looking for a bike in the future.
