I purchased my Project One Fuel Ex couple of months ago from the Trek store in Venture. I have purchased several bikes before elsewhere, but by far had the best customer service experience here at Ventura Trek store. My sales person, William, went out of his way to customize my Project One bike and ensure timely delivery time. I even brought my Yeti bike for service and the service department did an excellent job, making the bike ride like new again. On top of the great service, their convenience of delivering my bikes to my work made the experience that much better. Overall I like to thank William at sales, Josh the service manage and Joe in the service department for operating an excellent customer oriented bike shop. Kudos to you all.
