I have sold several of my properties through Treasure Homes and I am now in the process of buying a home throught them. Darryl sanders is a man of integrity and honesty, he goes above and beyond to make sure that you are satisfied with the service as well as the out come. This is the type of company that you want to do business with. If there are any unhappy customers with this company than that customer must have been one that was hard to please, no matter how hard treasure home tried, because they are there whenever you need them and to get you the best deal out there. Wouldn't use any other company.

I am a real estate investor with 20 years of experience. I have done business with Mr. Darryl Sanders, owner of Treasure Homes, for years, both buying and selling properties. Although I have worked with other brokers, Mr. Sanders stands out FAR above the rest. His professionalism is unsurpassed in the business and he is well known for his real estate knowledge and integrity. I mentor other investors and always refer them to Mr. Sanders as an example of success through exemplary service and integrity and a tenacious work ethic.

Tried to buy a home from this realty company just recently. It is a distressed property that needs alot of work. They were not willing to accept the offer my realtor and I provided, only dropping the listed price by a few hundred dollars. I was warned by someone who has done contracting work with this company in the past to be careful. They said Treasure Homes is known to buy distressed properties then try to sell them at the highest price, never trying to negotiate with potential buyers for a lower offer. It's companies like this that allows blight and decay to take over a neighborhood by having distressed homes exposed to the elements and placing them in further disrepair.
