Everyone was professional and the response was fast. The nurses had sense of humor which helped to lighten the situation. Although I didn t want to be there, the way I was treated made my experience at the hospital a 5 star experience.

I was very satisfied with the care I received. The RN took me back immediately and very caring and listened to what I had to say and the DR that was on staff was very nice and informative and I was in and out in less than an hour. I will go back if need to.
I had a sonogram today and the staff took excellent care of me. The technician treated me with care and dignity and a gentle manner. I felt like she cared about my well being and comfort. I also had my blood drawn at the laboratory. She was quick and efficient and the blood draw was almost painless. Highly recommend North Texas Medical Center.
I was pleasantly surprised at the awesome care I received at North Texas Medical Center. After arriving at the ER I was in a room within 5 minutes, seen by a physician within another 5 minutes, & able to have a sonogram within another 5 minutes. The kindness and care Dr. Robinson showed was better than any other medical professional I ve experienced. The entire staff was attentive and caring which made a typically uncomfortable environment much easier during a time of needing medical attention.
