I think Google should have an option of 0 star rat...

I think Google should have an option of 0 star rating. Because this Travel khana deserves 0 star rating only. They should close their operation if they are not able to deliver what promised. I was travelling with my aunt, and her situation was kind of critical, I order dinner from travel khana around 6:30-7 pm, for visakhapatnam location, scheduled arrival at 8:30, train reached there half an hour late and despite of having stoppage of 25 minutes, no one came to deliver the food. I called their customer support team many times, but they were handled this situation as if it's daily routine for them. And then they told me that we can do nothing now and we have processed your refund request. Stop playing with people. You will never grow up in this competitive market. Close this business....

I understand that I will get refund and that is obvious. You cannot steal anyone's money by any chance. Here the concern is service, I provided you the order id, what can you do now? Can you go back to yesterday to deliver that food? NO, you can't do that....then what's the point showing the concern here. Why not take actions against the persons involved in this.
Conclusion - whatever your concern is, I am not going to use this service lifetime and I will make sure to make others also, aware of this by posting several comments and reviews.

Recently on my trip to Kolkata I decided to place an order of food through the Travel Khana app. I must admit that the food served was delicious, tasty and the packaging was of the top order without any scope of leakage. The prices were reasonable and at the designated station and time, the food was served hot on to my seats. I must really admire their professional level of services and when I strolled down the menu list, the options were unlimited and one can go on to have food of their choice.
