Thank you to John, you are very attentive and always helpful when I get the check in calls. We are very happy with the services you provide. I have and will continue to recommend your services to other hotels/motels.

New customers be wary! We decided to try the services and initially the services were working for us. However, after awhile we decided we no longer wanted to use their services as we felt they weren't adapting well enough to our changing needs. When we tried to cancel our account, no one would pick up our calls and voicemails received no response. When I finally got a hold of a rep it was because our account "was being transferred to a new manager" and apparently the new manager had no idea of any of our attempts. We were going month by month and in the contract we signed, it said if we canceled we needed to give a 60 day advance notice. Fine. We tried reaching them from January and even left a voicemail on the 31st which they "deleted due to sheer volume" and would only acknowledge the email we sent February 5th so they are forcing us to pay through April even though we sent the email 5 days into the new month and had been leaving voicemails since the month before. Just a dishonest thing to do in our opinion.

I cannot say enough great things about Travel Media Group. From the monthly calls I get from Channing to discuss our reviews and visibility, to Stephanie who handles our website, Maria and Kelly that create and distribute our social media presence, just top notch. Any property that wants to increase their guest satisfaction in a digital world, HAS to go with Travel Media Group. Keep up the fantastic work!

pat cooley sales rep of this company doesn't know how the customer service is done to his clients. He will stays cool during signing up clients but not while serving them and listening to issues from clients regarding service otherwise i think the company itself is reputed

Mark Miller is an awful representative of this company. Thank you Mark for trying to swindle my company into paying another clients unpaid balance. I have never done business with this company yet I've been contacted to pay on behalf of another client and even threatened to "see them in court." Hope this company is on a downward spiral and fails soon.

I feel like Channing and Benjamin are an extended part of my team...they are genuinely interested in how we are doing and offer immediate assistance whenever I ask for help.
