New customers be wary! We decided to try the services and initially the services were working for us. However, after awhile we decided we no longer wanted to use their services as we felt they weren't adapting well enough to our changing needs. When we tried to cancel our account, no one would pick up our calls and voicemails received no response. When I finally got a hold of a rep it was because our account "was being transferred to a new manager" and apparently the new manager had no idea of any of our attempts. We were going month by month and in the contract we signed, it said if we canceled we needed to give a 60 day advance notice. Fine. We tried reaching them from January and even left a voicemail on the 31st which they "deleted due to sheer volume" and would only acknowledge the email we sent February 5th so they are forcing us to pay through April even though we sent the email 5 days into the new month and had been leaving voicemails since the month before. Just a dishonest thing to do in our opinion.
