Recently I hired an IT support individual through Transtech. I worked with Jordan Nunez. I was very impressed by Jordan s professionalism and attention to detail. Jordan was receptive to my needs and delved into my business model and provided me with an excellent candidate. He asked several open ended question which truly sparked my thinking. He was able to backup his plan with valid research. Ordinarily I enjoy face to face interactions, however Jordan created a seamless experience for me via Zoom. I enjoyed his communication style. He followed up precisely when I needed him to as he was proactive. Jordan s style of communication was not pushy or overly communicative as I find that this is the case within this industry. A candidate was submitted to me in a day or so, and I must say, a month later I m truly impressed with their contribution to my business. Overall, this process was superior and I will be recommending Jordan to all my colleagues. I look forward to working with Jordan again soon.
