WiseTech Global's poor customer service is infamous. Buyer beware - they have a monopoly and they know it.

Customer Service - non existent!!! I spend 36k a year with WiseTech. Unfortunately our business is entangled in regard to how their system has defined the way we operate (end to end supply chain services). Hopefully it will not be too long before we escape the clutches of this organisation into a provider that has far more in depth knowledge on industry understanding, expectation and requirements complimenting all of this with a more simplified user friendly software solution. Know your stuff if your business continues to expand.

22Nov16 WTG is the Australian $1billion technology powerhouse wrought by Co-founders Maree Isaacs and Richard White who used a cause-and-effect Kiwi company co-founded by James Powell who with his crew taught and trained Richard and his crew in Theory of Constraints. WTG has reengineered itself and listed 4Apr16 @ $AU3.35 on the Australian Stock Exchange to become its fifth unicorn .. and that's not even one tenth of the miraculous transformation chronicle. Declaration of Interest: This might be a good time to fess-up to being a ViAGO co-founder and a WTG shareholder.

No photos because it's all hi tech. Take my word for it though, the facilities here are excellent. Richard White runs a great organisation.

Horrible Technical Support, everything is referred to a training manual or E-Requests which is essentially offer as a "Go Fix It Yourself' attitude.
Especially in a peak period such as December we've been left high and dry.

It's phenomenal how they can charge you so much for a service but offer zero support.
