Customer Service - non existent!!! I spend 36k a year with WiseTech. Unfortunately our business is entangled in regard to how their system has defined the way we operate (end to end supply chain services). Hopefully it will not be too long before we escape the clutches of this organisation into a provider that has far more in depth knowledge on industry understanding, expectation and requirements complimenting all of this with a more simplified user friendly software solution. Know your stuff if your business continues to expand.
