Beware of this agency! We have a nuisance tenant in our building for more than 7 months and they have been unwilling to help us remove her into a new residence. This tenant is bringing drugs into our building and the furnace and hot water tank were stolen for the vacant unit below her so we firmly believe she is involved in this as well. As a landlord, there should be a way to remove tenants for destruction and theft of property, illegal behaviors, etc. DO NOT USE TSI unless you want major headaches and they will not assist you to remove a bad tenant!!

This is A great program. I'm learning how to focus on treating my mental health and the counseling that I need to get better. I'm also in my own apartment through the TSI Program. Learning how to take Care of myself again. This program is helping me learn how to be a productive woman again.

It's a good program. They're part of the recovery model that Western NY seems to have gotten into bed with so you need to collaborate and work with the counselors. Try to become your own payee, trust me on this.

A current client this program is added stress and aggravation they don't care for their clients this program needs to be investigated

Still work with them today! Just received my associates degree with their support AND help! I've had few different workers over the years and I can honestly say, they are and always remain professional and helpful to best of their ability! A++++

Worst people ever to deal with. Not nice. Talked to some lady on the phone with the housing and she was just plan nasty. Not even worth remembering her name because she was just so rude. She wouldn't let me talk. She was insensitive. NEVER WILL ASK FOR HELP FROM THEM AGAIN!!

Staff is horrible. On personal phones and truly do not care about the people who live here. Meds need to be managed better and staff needs to be more professional all the way around. They listen to inappropriate music that can trigger certain clients. They will hire anyone off the street!

RCs are too busy taking personal phone calls or watching TV to help with requests and, unless you are chronically homeless, a druggie, multiple hospital stays in cpep, or incarcerated, they won't have any housing opportunities for you for a year. I was PROMISED assistance from them to get me in (at a rate of $1200/month) and had my food stamps taken away from me. Because i reported suspected drug activity, *i" was drug tested. So much wrong with this organization
