Seems like I'm not the only people complaining about customer service. My beef is with Sarah at Marywood site. Extremely ignorant and has poor service judgement

I've had the pleasure of working with The New Home Company for 4 plus years. From start to finish, New Home provides a home building experience with quality, care and professionalism. I'm so proud to work alongside this wonderful team!

Employee Sarah at Marywood site was awful in service and in communication. She was not helpful or open minded. She has a bunch of excuses and they don't make sense. Needs to be replaced.

The New Home Company is a company full of professionals and are so easy to work with. Overall, I have been very satisfied with my experience and look forward to creating more memories together.

There is no homebuilder I have met with a higher level of commitment to doing the right thing by their customers.

A company with a very low bar in terms of execution and customer service. There is no single place in our new house in Irvine that doesn't need a fix. They always push back and bring excuses to not fix things. Don't waste your money and energy with these guys. They just rush to meet their deadlines. We paid a big price for the lesson we learned. Please think twice before you decide to buy a house from this company.

I find it absolutely ridiculous I have to make this review. Unfortunately, the character of a particular employee has come into question. Eric Ree and his wife have taken upon themselves to harrass and barrate a child via social media. Its dumbfounding to see adults attempt to defile and potentially cause physical harm to a MINOR as a result of a situation they were in no way apart of. I've never seen such a level of immaturity and unprofessionalism.

I've had the pleasure of working alongside The New Home Company for the past 4 years of my career, and can confidently say that I've never worked with a group with as much professionalism and care as NWHM has! Each and every one of the team members I have interacted with has a genuine passion for building amazing homes, and every time I have visited their neighborhoods/models I am blown away by the architecture, design & quality.

Overall Satisfaction: We absolutely loved our experience from beginning to move-in! Chantel, Kat and Ron were so so great to us and took care of every question and request.

Sales Experience: Chantel was a DREAM! Buying a new build for the first time, she made it so easy and streamlined! Everyone involved helped in a huge way!

Construction Experience: Ron and his team were great! Always dealt with my annoying requests and emails.

Orientation/Walk-Through Experience: Even though Kat was sick and dealing with personal matters, her and the team made sure we were taken care of it.

Home Delivery: Home was great and on-time! We are waiting on corrective items, but all is/was great!!
