An appointment is just that... an appointment. You should not have to wait over an hour. They wouldn't like it if the patient was late. Not even an apology for wasting my time.
Waited 2 months to get an appointment for acupuncture. Just received a call letting my know my appointment next week was canceled and it would be two months before they could get me another one. Hope I don t die between now and my new appointment.
Waited months to get an appointment for massage therapy and acupuncture. I had been offered 6 free sessions as part of my cancer treatment. Then covid 19 hit so had to wait a couple more months. I have been in a significant amount of pain since my mastectomy in October so was looking forward to these appointments. I traveled all the way from Castle Rock today only to be told the office had cancelled my appointment for no reason and was given no explanation. The office said they tried calling me but they left no message. I did however receive a reminder last night reminding me of this appointment today. I am left to suppose that since I was not paying for this appointment, I was expendable.............I would of gladly paid for the appointment if I knew this is how they operated. I am 72 years old. It is not an easy task for me to travel all that distance only to be turned away at the front desk. NO ONE going through what I have been through should ever be treated like this............I suggest DO NOT get involved with their FREE program not if you expect your time and condition to be taken seriously. This is the first time I have ever written a review and sorry it had to be a bad one.
The Integrative Medicine staff here are amazing! The staff are very friendly, the providers are all excellent in their specialties, and the facilities are immaculate. I'm here twice a month and never had a single bad experience!
