I have found something new in this company. There is no restriction, timings are flexible you can come anytime here and work. Also there is a freedom to make mistakes here they wont scold you for the mistakes but they will help you to solve them. Payments are quite easy compared to other companies. And get a quick payment within a 10days I have taken 2hours per day N done task in 5 days N have earned 2000rs .

Komal choudhary As I was working in Transform Solution. I faced many problem i.e. They are not trustworthy and don't stick to their own words. Seniors and below don't clear their words and further they haven't provided my earned salary for 15 days. They don't give any clarification about joining formalities even after 2 months, and also they are telling your documents are under process. After submission of papers for resignation, they are not providing my cheque back,which was submitted at the time of joining and they keep me rotating many times. And I will never refer any person to join Transform Solution. Transform Solution is the worst company i have ever seen.

Good place to work. Environment is good. People are good. They have some good policies. Occasionally having parties that's really good. Owner is super cool. They have a complete team of hr, admin, management so that's really nice for a company. One problem that I found is increments, they are not so good with that part but anyway every company have it's own way to handle things differently.
