Too bad for a traditional company like Transbrig.

Too bad for a traditional company like Transbrig.
The staff, both at the counter and on the phone, very rude to cheeky.
A freight forwarding company should facilitate a client's administrative work, which is clearly not the case here. First you ask for a receipt and wait almost half an afternoon at the counter. After receiving the receipt, he wanted a purchase contract on a form that you should pick up at Transbrig. A disaster in the digital age.
We will handle the goods ourselves with the online customs clearance of the federal government, this is faster, cheaper and, above all, nerve sparing.

One star is two too many. An imposition for private individuals.

As a newcomer to vehicle imports, you are laughed at, treated snippily and even REPRODUCED.

Staff can speak little or no German. (Official language!)

PDF documents are not accepted. You have to appear with paper like in the last century. I had to take half a day off twice to import a small scooter.

The vehicle wasn't even inspected. I could just as easily have brought a car across the border instead of a scooter on a trailer.

Since the clerk had to plan the after-work beer with colleagues because of a cell phone call, there was an "additional" waiting time of almost an hour.

After 2 hours of waiting and an uncomfortable discussion with an employee for 5 minutes, the clock struck 11:50 and you were suddenly alone in the room. Wouldn't be imaginable if you couldn't take a lunch break on time.

The only pros: beautiful offices!

One floor below is the Swiss customs. A bit more complex papers but instead you are treated humanely, everything is explained patiently and is also much cheaper.
