I can't explain how happy I was getting pierced here! from beginning to end, no complaints. parking was easy, the shop is super pretty & clean, & such friendly employees! they were able to custom make jewelry colors that I wanted, had perfect jewelry, and prices are reasonable. Kayla's skills are amazing, I expected so much more pain but I felt almost nothing. I'm a student at Ramapo so this is my new go-to piercing spot!! AMAZINGLY sterile place. I have never seen so much effort go into the sterilization process at any other piercing parlor before. GO HERE!

Went to get an eyebrow piercing- had a great time! Apart from the fact that I left satisfied with the end result, the staff was informative and conversational. In general, great experience! I recommend visiting!

I had an extremely positive experience returning for a second time to get service here. My daughter had her ears pierced here about two years ago.
one of the piercing seemed off once we took the original earrings off. We decided to let the holes close and went back for re-pierce. Will was very helpful in showing us that the holes were still there and we put back the original earrings back on and everything seemed to be in good shape. We didn't have to do any piercing. My daughter was very happy. I was very impressed with level of professionalism and integrity.

From start to finish this was the best piercing experience I have ever had in my life. Sparkling clean, I m fairly confident I could have eaten off the floor had I been so inclined. The professionals here are so knowledgeable on absolutely everything they have, which is top quality, beautiful, and most importantly, SAFE!! Every person I interacted with was helpful and incredibly friendly, and could answer any and all questions I could think up. My piercing came out beautifully, I will never get another piercing anywhere else.

Not so much on time (approx 30 min behind in schedule) but the wait is worth it. Very professional and the establishment is extremely clean! Once they have a few people inside, they make others wait outside to keep the 6ft apart rule. Felt good and they explained everything in detail. Once in the room for the piercing, the process was very quick. Definitely coming back! (My piercer was Will).

The covid protocols are great and allow for a really comfortable experience. I was pierced by Jasper, who made me feel really at ease. They explained everything they were doing and did a great job walking me through the process. Everything was super clean and sanitized. Overall, I had a great experience here and will definitely go back.

I can't say enough about Pleasurable. For starters, they've been around A LONG time. They have continued to live up to their stellar reputation.

If you're getting pierced or even thinking about it, why would you go to a tattoo shop?? DON'T. You don't go to a piercing place for a tattoo. It's that simple.

I've been going there for years. Highly recommend, sorry to be so harsh about location for piercings but I personally made the illogical MISTAKE!! As always, Pleasurable bailed me out and I couldn't be happier.

Just wanted to thank the staff at Pleasurable for making my experience amazing. I came in a day ago for a navel piercing and the piercer did amazing job in making it less painful than I thought it would be. For the after care she explained very clearly on what I should do and not do and answered all of my questions. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants a piercing, but has low pain tolerance.

I really liked the place! They had a very relaxed environment and Amanda was a great piercer! Originally, I wanted to get an eyebrow piercing but she advised me against it since my eyebrows were a bit flat and it could lead to scarring and long term damage, so I opted to get doubles and my right helix pierced. I only wished it wasn't so expensive (i ended up paying $208), but I'd rather pay that much now for a good piercing than a doctor's bill for a quick, cheap piercing. 10 out of 10 recommend!

AMAZING! Kait who was front of shop was personable, charismatic and super accommodating. Will the piercer was kind, experienced and made me feel at ease. Overall a 11/10 experience. I love this shop like nothing else. all appointments are structured so that there s little-to-no wait when you arrive. Everybody is super warm and welcoming. So clean you can eat off the floor. Prices are reasonable. And they give you Ear Savers so that your mask doesn t mess with your fresh piercings! What more could one ask for?!
