I will NEVER go back to this facility again. I booked two appointments online through Webopenings, Tranquility's vendor for an online booking application and an app you have to book through in order to receive certain discounted rates for open appointments in the near term and you pay in advance. I booked a facial and massage a couple of days ago, came out in the rain, and drove 25 minutes only to be told my appointment had been cancelled when I arrived. I received no notification of this, and they claim a cancellation was sent to a via text to a number I have never heard of. My appointments were confirmed via email, so why wouldn t a cancellation come via email as well? They said this cancellation via text was all automated in Webopenings, but the number they mentioned the text was sent to did not exist in my profile when I logged into Webopenings when standing right there in front of them. The only number in my profile is my cell phone. The reason I will never go back is instead of offering something to make this situation right, they treated me like I made a mistake and like I was an idiot from the second I walked in the door. They were very unfriendly and rude. I ll gladly take my money and go somewhere else. This is not how I want to be treated when I go to relax at a spa .
