Bought myself a spa package including a massage, facial, and mani-pedi. When I came in, somehow the system had deleted my appointment. BUT they rectified it quickly and got me in for all the services I wanted. Everyone who worked on me was awesome. They thoroughly explained everything they were going to do beforehand so I would know what was coming next. They did let me know about products, but much better than most other places where you get a 'hard sell' approach. It was mostly just to let me know what they were using on me and that it was available. Awesome experience! Hope to go back soon.
