Will not be going back anymore....not sure why my hair was completely butchered considering it was going so well...at least I thought it was. I haven't been able to even call back to say I want it fixed considering it is so badly butchered up....its going to be a while before I can even get a trim...:-(!

So I consulted with 3 different (have one more to go) salons to find a new hairdresser, since my hair is so completely butchered...each of them said that the hairdresser knew she messed up but kept going to try to fix it instead of stopping. I can't pin up my hair or leave it loose nor can I tie it up it is so butchered....even a hair band does not help.....the only solution is to loose my below neck length hair into a short pixie cut to actually fix it & start all over....Cindy I would've appreciated it if you had stopped when you realized you made a mistake....you used me as a guinea pig to try out a new haircutting technique you learnt....customers want hairdressers to keep their skills updated but please don't use customers as mannequins to master the new techniques....I will never recommend Tranquility Salon & Spa to anyone....good luck.
