I waited 2h for the starter and when I was done I had to wait about 1h for the main course. I didn't think it was good at all, just 1 star

The food is really tasty. But the waiter did not want to return change after we gave him 20 euro note for our 17 euro bill. And he was just standing and doing nothing as if he does not understand that he should give change.

A great place to dinner, the service is very high quality, all team is very polite and respectful and of course the food is f..king awesome. Till now to me the best dish was Lamb Moghalai sauce, this dish is amazing and don't forget to order a Batura a fried bread to eat with the sauce.
Even if you live far from this restaurant I ensure if you go it will worth each km.

Service was very nice and you can eat very late, but the food itself wasn't particularly tasty. Unfortunately the chicken in chili sauce only tasted ketchup. But that is perhaps also a matter of taste.

Nice indian restaurant. Super quick table service. Friendly staff, speaks english, hindi, german. It's not expensive at all compared to other indian restaurants in berlin. Their business lunch menu costs only 4.99 euro. I ordered a vegetarian thali which had three different curries with rice. I am definitely going again.

At their price its a best Indian restaurant in Berlin. We travelled 30 minutes to reach there and it was all worth it.
Owner was very nice and service was excellent.
"Bhatura" is must try.

Recommendation!

We (two people) went here for the first time today, on the recommendation of a friend. We each ordered a soup, a main course, several teas and a batura. For just under 30 euros we can return home, full of cardboard.
The food tastes delicious and is served appropriately. The waiting time was just ok. The portions are not too big but they are reasonably priced.
What is always very important to me: the toilets are clean.
I can absolutely recommend the Hindi.

I don't find it convincing there. The free soup was incredibly fat and a tasty nirvana. The salad and the rice were good, the taste of the vegetarian dish was again bland: indefinable lumps in a strange sauce. The service tries hard, but is disorganized, I had 3 wait staff and always had to wait a long time. The furnishings are also trying hard, but much too dark, during the day you quickly get a hole in the air. The prices are way too low, the ingredients just can't be good and the staff probably works for 3 euros an hour. Too bad.

We were there on 17.06.16 with my friend. The lamb dishes taste very delicious. Value for money very good. Friendly condition and large portions. Recommended!

Our last 2 deliveries via Lieferando were really delicious! A real pleasure! We recommend Sabzi Korma and Tofu Bengan (vegan) as vegetarian dishes. Mmmmm we'll be ordering again soon. Thank you for being there for us during the 2nd lockdown! <3

First, nobody answers the phone. Then I go. They say the phone is broken. I order three dishes, two of them with Paneer (cheese).
After 15 minutes I should come back.
When I want to pick up, they tell me cheese is all. I should take tofu.
I withdraw from the purchase.
They will be totally aggressive and build up in front of me. They are yelling at me.
Then they give me house ban.

One of the best Indian restaurants I have been to. Clean, nice staff and of course delicious. The prices are also completely fair. Can just be recommended.

Don't fall for the decor and the hype, both the food and service are terrible. We only went there once and never again (even though we live a few minutes away): we had to wait for ever to get served even though there was only one other table, got cheap, sticky drinks, undercooked, bitter aubergine and chicken so raw it was still bloody next to the bone... just save yourself the frustration and avoid this place.

We went there with a Groupon voucher. The acts "portion-minimizing". And "lengthening the waiting time" - with us an hour (other guests who came after us were more likely ...)
Part of the table was also taken away from us because there were three of us. To compensate for this, the soup bowls were smaller (we had the direct comparison: two times Groupon in small, one soup regularly larger). Meat was almost not to be found in the sauce in all three servings, the starter came afterwards and the dessert stayed away. Tip for that too. And we'll stay away in the future.

Such an elegant place keeping the unique essence of Indian architure and beauty in its ambience, extremely pleasing staff and yummy food. If you are looking for a cozy Indian place to have some really yummy food items then this place should be in your list. #must go!!!

Finding a good (and spicy) curry in Berlin/Germany is extremely difficult. But this is the one for me. The spicy dishes are actually spicy and the different curries taste as they're meant to. Service is good too.

Had to wait almost 2 hours ON A MONDAY AT 4PM for it to be delivered and I live 7 blocks away only. No call to notify a delay and slightly upset stomach after eating it. On top of it all, the delivery guy was being uncool about the fact that I paid him 40 cents in small change, without tip of course. Never again.

You can eat there cheap and good. Parking is there very little.

Hindi is one of the most beautiful and authentic indian restaurant that I have been to. They offer thali at 8.5 euro which has three dishes and rice. The food was delicious and served in the most Indian way. The business lunch starts at 4.9 euros at Hindi. Overall this is an awesome place to satisfy you Indian food craving.

Neat Indian with a wide selection and good value for money. Although little was going on, the service was a bit slow. You could also think about the plastic tablecloths. But otherwise really good!

Waited a little longer because it was holiday and was quite busy. Food was great, it's worth it to wait. Chef has apologized several times for that. Price / performance is great and it tastes good. Whether hot or mild, appetizers are great. Garlic soup is terrific, incredible.

In Hindi, the price-performance ratio is right. Good Indian food without wanting to take off. The restaurant is cozy and the service nice and accommodating. If you like the "normal" Indian cuisine and nothing extravagant expected is just right.

I tried them today for the first time - their lunch menu and it was really good. I tried Rogan Josh (Lamb Curry) and it was good as well. You should also try their tomato soup. The best I loved was their service. Very friendly, very welcoming and warm. Felt like they really care about their customers. Please keep up this good work guys. Will visit you again. Good Indian restaurant. The food was well presented and the taste was convincing. The duck in particular was delicious. A cyclist was ordered and a mixture with Fanta was served. The wait staff hardly spoke German, in English we could at least explain the problem. But she just stood there and looked at us. The drink was only exchanged when we asked for it. A very uncomfortable situation. In addition, a drink was completely forgotten.

Only been here once but had a great experience. Food and service were very good. Its located in a residential area called treptow park.

Really amazing Indian food. I had their Chicken Punjabi and Mango Lassi and both were great. Even their Paneer Jalfrezi was very good. Their paneer pakora was okay.

Prices are reasonable. Portions are good. Ambiance is great. Service is great.
