Great theatre and fantastic staff. Very much enjoy...
Great theatre and fantastic staff. Very much enjoyed working here. The show' Equus ' was on and it was a brilliant performance.

Small theatre next to Trafalgar square and easily reached by bus or underground from Charring Cross, Embankment or Piccadilly circus
All seats have good clear views of the stage.
Thoroughly enjoyed the show. Lovely cozy theatre, but beware the seats are somewhat hard!
Lovely small theatre. Perfect view to be seated on first row at the corner.
Friendly informative staff , venue has great view of stage from wherever you are seated.
Nice small Theater which is easy to find and get to
Cosy theatre, wirh a friendly and warm ambience. Good all round view of stage.
Went see a musical there called the grinning man An imitate setting . Quite comfortable
The Grinning Man made me cry and laugh. The story was dark and twisted but it also offers you glimpse of love and hope in a cruel world. The cast was phenomenal. Their voices showed such emotions and skills. I loved the show more than I did with other more established west-end show. I am glad the Grinning Man has come to London. I would return to watch this again.
Very friendly staff. Venue stairs a bit steep but seats comfortable. Basement bar very welcoming and efficient. Good overall experience.
Great little theatre, two studios. Small and intimate, with lots of big names playing. Great views from every seat, the front rows get very close.
Excellent 20th century theatre and one of the few which still has a cloakroom.
Nine Night was absolutely fantastic. Tickets were collected with ease (no queuing). Show started on time, seats were great and show was gripping the whole way through. Seamless.
Great performance but small theatre.. Very poor Disable facilities..
Slightly off West End theatre that has a reputation for staging new or risky pieces of theatre often attracting big names - for example Orlando Bloom. As of September 2019 the larger studio is staging a revival of A Day in the Death of Joe Egg - a play from the 60s that has not, IMHO, stood the test of time very well. The main theatre has a very steep incline for the seating which friends suffering from vertigo find frightening.
The theater is small and intimate. But the chairs are crowded.
Seems cozy but didn't stay long enough seats are not comfortable, right squeeze.
It was my first visit to Trafalgar Studios, the location is well placed I would say, with good transport links. The theatre itself is a bit on the small side but very well suited to the production I saw.
Small intimate theater, right near Trafalgar square. I loved the play I saw "Admissions"
Lovely little theatre. Thoroughly enjoyed the show I saw. The seats are a bit close together though!
I had SUCH a great experience here. The audience really becomes a part of the production with the way the theater is set up and the staff is excellent. I'll absolutely be keeping up with their season and attending shows where I can.
Excellent service at the box office and a challenging production sensitively delivered.
Lovely theatre. Just the right size, great view of stage.
Interesting venue. Steeply raked seating gives good sight lines.
Small scene but places are placed with a steep slope one behind the other which allows to have an unobstructed view of everywhere. Perfect for small people.
Perfect theatre. Every seat close to the stage and visible due to the sloped floor
Terribly rude staff, uncomfortable seating and the plays they have there are usually just the ones on a second or a third run. Better off going the first time round in a proper theatre.
Studio 2 is very small highly intimate. Have seen two plays here recently (both from the King's Head) which were hugely entertaining. On both occasions, the actors have, in some form, interacted with (or tripped over) the audience. Makes for a wonderful evening.
We went to see Grinning Man here and despite having quite low expectations, were really pleasantly surprised. The theatre itself is great, a little small but comfortable and it creates a nice atmosphere. The stage is small but the cast of The Grinning Man absolutely made the most of it. The story really kept you engaged and the music was catchy. Recommend it.
Small theater very friendly, it is consistent with the show each place is a good place. ..
Good view from my seat in Studio 1 for A Taste of Honey. Good performance. Seats a bit cramped and not too comfortable.
It's a tiny venue with a minute offering and the play we went to watch was terrible. "Killer Joe" with Orlando Bloom. Characterization was quite good but the play itself leaves you wondering what is the point of producing such an empty script. Had I known the amount of "in your face" nudity and profanity used I would have never purchased tickets. Specially not front row where in your face is quite literal.
The grinning man was phenomenal. A wonderful venue.
Fab place, great shows and fantastic atmosphere because it's so compact
Generally high quality productions. Nice theatre tho toilet and bar situation is a bit cramped and wine on the pricey side (as is the case with many theatres in london)
Just wasted 40 minutes here trying to book theatre tickets in person. Eventually ran out of lunch break and told them I'd leave it . Shame as they do some good productions.
Saw Killer Joe with Orlando Bloom last night and the theatre is the most amazing place to see a play. Being so close to Hollywood royalty and seeing such amazing acting from all the cast, I wouldn t hesitate in going back for another play.
The Nine Nights show was really good. The leg space in this theatre is ok if you are 5"4 like me but any taller you will be uncomfortable and needs more space in the ladies toilet cubicles.
Got a ticket for the play called 9 night, should be interesting to see.
A nice small theatre a stone's throw from Trafalgar Square. Does newer shows and a little bit more experimental than the other London Theatres which stick to the blockbuster musicals that bring in the tourists. The show we saw was great, well directed and performed and we enjoyed it a lot. A very good cast including many household names (in the UK) excellent viewing, London prices.
Amazing staff. Everyone was proactive and helpful and couldn't do more to problem solve with ways that went above and beyond. As a regular theatre goer, this team is definitely one to beat in the West End. Decor could have been better, but I liked the unique features. It was very quick and easy to get around the building. They have two auditoriums which make it incredibly unique. They told me that studio 1 changes every 3 months roughly and studio 2 every 3-5 weeks. Definitely a great place to watch mainstream and fringe shows in the heart of London. I will definitely be coming back here!
Seats in this theater are a bit awkward. There are no arm rests separating each seat so you are arm and arm with the person next to you. The venue is small which is good to see clearly the show even when you are seated at the back of the theater. Productions seem to be smaller dramas rather than musicals usually.
I really enjoyed the play and i love the seating in this theatre...
Small theatre. Seating is very tight and not particularly comfortable. Good viewing all round.
This place was cool. Really well designed intimate theatre. I enjoyed the performance of Killer Joe. Orlando Bloom came across really well at the end of the show too.
Great little theatre. Excellent show 'the grinning man'
One of my favorite theatres in London.
Not afraid of taking risks.
Plenty of good memories from this place.
Fabulous little theatre, cosy and with excellent facilities.
Excellent, smallish, theatre where I saw Richard III for only 10 pounds or so (went early in the morning for the cheaper seats they offer).
Excellent theatre with different stages and always show interesting plays
Went to see nine night, it was brilliant, hilarious in parts and deeply moving also. Recommend it to everyone. The play should do a tour when it finished in the west end.
We saw a farce here in 2013 and it was one of the best theatre experences I have ever had. Great little theatre and excellant value for money. Highly recommended.
Excellent Little Theatre with very steep rake so no danger of unimpeded view
Really easy to get to and to find, mind you it's location means parking is an issue.
My only area of concern is the very cramped seats! Now I am only a size 12, 5'7" so we are not talking huge but you wouldn't want to be bigger, I wished I was smaller! They have really got the seats in here and comfort was not at all on the designers mind, bums on seats was (money) and sitting touching is to be expected! Everybody around us was uncomfortable and suprised how little space they had, a little embarrassed at time too!
The theatre itself is well designed and the stage view excellent from all seats, as far as I could tell. Quite steep raking so be prepared if you are upstairs, not a concern to me but some people did wobble (mind you the lack of space made that much worse)
The saving grace of this theatre was its location and the interesting shows they offer, I wouldn't want to see a really long show though!
Great evening. Ms Campbell was truely entertaining.
Small intimate venue, but with good seats all round.
Dark Sublime was excellent. Would recommend this show. Marina and the cast are excellent. Very intimate studio space. Had to explain references to Vim cleaner and Juliet Bravo to daughter *giggle*
Lovely theatre. Very nice and helpful in house staff. Oh yes Killer Joe was fab.. . A great evening out.
Lovely theatre. We were in Studio 1. Nice size, loads of leg room and really nice bar area. Staff very friendly and helpful and prices not bad. The performance of A Taste of Honey was excellent.
It was very nice the show was great but the beer sucks
